To be fair, I believe she reported Paypal to the BBB for closing her account, not the CN vendor.

But I almost think she'd have better luck going after the CN vendor based on everything I've seen about getting paypal closures reversed.

Well, I will have say now that a few orders have gone through I'll resent my inital negative QSC comment, since our feedback I have noticed that while messages are slow, they are coming through.

I had some questions with a mistake I made with an order and Jessica agent helped.

I had a recent domestic order which had problems. Never arrived. Yet tracking suggests so. I messaged this number couple times and tried to follow up about details that could help me track lost packages with usps. No respond yet.

Also, was sent wrong test results for one of my other orders, and had to figure things out on my own as again, no respond.

Also, for another order from december I got test results with 97.4% purity done in July which I'm unsure if is safe enough to use.

When ordering however, matters were handled within 1 day or so.

Nothing at qsc happens fast.

Don't trust vendor tests.

No one can tell you any product is safe. That's up to you to decide. You should probably spend some time learning what the purity is actually measuring to start with.
