I’m now fully transitioned to Retatrutide (750MCG X 4 Doses) from Tirzepatide (5MG X 1) and have noticed horrible fatigue/sleepiness. After digging deeper about this peptide I’ve come to learn that:

  • Fatigue Risk: Moderate to High. ⚠️ Many users report fatigue, especially in the early phase or when dose increases. It’s a triple agonist, and central nervous system modulation can cause sleepiness, brain fog, or low energy.
WHAT’S YOUR EXPERIENCE? 🤔

I've seen this in some threads and will be curious to see what people chime in with. Especially if some may weigh in with comparison regarding this subject and sema vs triz vs reta. Did you get the fatigue with triz?

I'm fairly susceptible to fatigue, like even catch a mild cold, i get smacked down with it pretty hard.

I have done a lil research with a very small dose of .5mg reta 3x per week and have observed benefits without fatigue. so that was good, but take it with a grain of salt because i'm not so sure what i have. it was sourced from research chem companies so for all i know it may have been any of the 2 others relabeled as reta. I'll be stepping up my game soon with an order from one of the providers more experienced people around have commented favorably about.

How much is your weekly total dose?

Great input friend and to answer your question, I had zero fatigue/sleepiness on Tirzepatide. I was on Tirzepatide for 3 months.
