Retatrutide Fatigue/Sleepiness

Male here. Dang, I knew that would be important to add, thought I went back and edited that info, guess not. Typically my estrogen comes back at 37 to 40, the time I felt so bad on Reta it came back at 11.4.

I guess theoretically reta could lower estrogen by reducing fat-mediated conversion of T to E, but I never lost enough weight for that to take place. I will try reta again in the future and get bloods taken again regardless of how I feel.

This is VERY interesting.

I just joined a female HRT + GLP -1 sub (I am F48 on HRT - estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and the women there are saying their E tanked too on GLPs. 1-2 said their T spiked (not all female HRT for us includes T). I don’t recall offhand which GLP-1.

My provider treats to symptoms but watches blood levels for ratios.

Was your T higher than expected?

I asked the Peptide Whisperer himself, Hunter Williams with his wife Taylor, on this morning’s YouTube live, about this exact question and they suggested adding NAD+ and MOTS-C into my stack. Since I already take NAD+, I shall be adding MOTS-C into the research. Let’s hope I get my energy levels back up. If not, I might go back to Tirzepatide.

ANY THOUGHTS FRIENDS? 🤔
How has the Mots-C worked for you? and the Nad+?
