I order from them all the time. Get in early on promos which means on day 1. If your salesperson isn’t responding after payment is made add the tracy@sigma email address to the next email. New orders do not go through “Tracy” but issues do. Also find you a forum that allows you to easily interact with the vendor. Tracy is very active daily on other forums and buyers are able to get a quicker response.
I have QSC reta already, two different batches. It is ok but still doesn't feel like my reta I got from XCE. I don't necessarily care about the cheapest price but what is going to be more effective.
I agree price isn’t everything. Testing results are also important and that batch tested well. But results are even more important so stick with what works.

No, if you actually need to talk to tracy you do it through email. If for some reason you can't get it worked out then you call him out in a public forum. (or if its a generic issue that everyone should know about like bad product)
Great advice, Tracy did respond quickly. I wanted to give the assistant time to fix the issues from a few days ago, without bothering him, but the Semax vs. Selank mix up was kind of urgent. The names are so close, I’m sure it’s a regular mix up for people new to peptides and especially using ESL.
The crowd is very different from peptide forums but Meso is a great place to interact with QSC daily. He has a thing for the bodybuilding crowd. lol

They've halted sales due to customs/Chinese new year and they took their site down too
Well I ordered something right before the new year. I got the tracking number but it still has no movement. I wasn't going to bother to follow up until about 2 weeks , but now it seems like I'll have to wait until after chinese new year. This was my first and probably last order with them. I ordered from another vendor on the same day and got my package last week.
That's really unfortunate. I heard they're usually on the faster end with delivery. QSC buyers must be feeling the same way right now.
If they ship from the us warehouse it’s usually a few days for me.
