SS-31 and Mots-c Protocol

Quick few questions for those with more knowledge and experience on these two.

I am looking for the energy benefits of this protocol, primarily.

In the attached picture and focusing on the Mots-C and Humanin protocol section (I will not be doing the Humanin portion, just the ss-31 and Mots-C). I have a few questions.

1. When it says 2 months of SS-31 - does this mean do two cycles of one of the above listed SS-31 dosing of 4mg per day for 10 -20 days or so 4mg per day for 2 full months?

2. The next instruction says, after one month start Mots-C....does that mean after you complete the 2 full months or cycles of SS-31 wait one month and then start Mots-C? Or does it mean after one month of the 2 month SS-31 dosing start Mots-C dosing (essentially taking ss-31 and Mots-C at the same time for one month)?

3. The Mots-C dosing would be 5mg 3x a week for 4 weeks and then 5mg weekly for 4 weeks, correct? Since not doing Humanin I continue with Mots-C 5mg once a week for an additional month then stop for a month and restart the protocol?

Any clarity/feedback on my questions would be appreciated. Thanks

Is it better to inject motsc SQ or IM? My injection site really hurts following SQ administration of motsc.

SQ is how I do it and Mots does have a bit of a bite to it. It doesn't sting while I'm injecting but a couple minutes after the injection for about 20 to 30 minutes it is stinging but then goes away. Nothing too bad overall.
