SS-31 protocols?

The International Peptide Society is recommending 200 mg per day???

They certainly seem to be:

  • SubQ dosage:
    • Supplied 100mg/ml
    • 2ml SubQ daily x 4 weeks

ss-31 energy is anecdotal..
However, the "feeling" is real.
But only you get it.
And MOTS-c is banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), unlike SS-31. So I assume that is more evidence that MOTS-c would potentially provide more of a boost than SS-31.

That would get expensive real fast. The most i took in this last cycle was 10mg. I didn't feel any increased benefit, but that's how these things work. Most of the benefit is in the background.

I tried to contact them (The International Peptide Society), but their online form isn't working. But I will try to contact them somehow when I get a chance to see if it is a typo.

My girlfriend has stage 5 chronic kidney disease and took SS-31 at a dosage of 2.5 mg daily for nearly two months, with intermittent breaks, but it had no noticeable impact on her kidney function. It is possible the dosage was too low for her to experience any effects, as most clinical protocols I have seen range between 4–10 mg, so it may be worth considering another attempt. She also has type 1 diabetes, and is currently on MOTS-c and Retatrutide at 0.5 mg weekly, which has effectively stabilized her blood sugar levels around 3–4, something she has never experienced before. I would appreciate any anecdotal input on peptides and protocols that could be beneficial for her condition, as the next stage is dialysis, which she refuses.

I feel ya. I've been on 5mg daily for 11 days. Starting Mots-c on day 14. 5mg daily with two days off (3/2). Ss-31 will probably always be part of the rotation since I have felt some energy and focus gains.
I always doubt when people say I feel some more energy, and also when they say I heal faster. Those two are very subjective. As an example, I have more energy today than I had yesterday even though I never did anything. Long story short after trying almost every peptide there is I've come to the conclusion that at best it is money down the drain, and at worst it is money down the drain plus perhaps some unwanted side effect however small that may be.

So, I'm sorry to be blunt but no, you did not have more energy, or any positive effect from SS-31. GLP1's and HGH are an exception to the rest of peptide rule - being useless. BTW, I wish peptides really worked because I bought into the hype and still have one year or more worth stashed on a medical freezer with about 20-25 most common ones, I doubt I'll ever even use. This is my experience, and I think everyone who's getting great results it is in fact getting a good dose of placebo effect.
