thinking of switching

I am on tirz now 12.5 units, and I want to switch to Reta since I've been at the same weight for like 3 months plus it seems. Would I just start the lowest? wait a few weeks inbetween? I notice with tirz when my shot wears off I get hungry again. I dont want to gorge once I stop.

I stack Tirz and Reta. Before Reta I was on a 5 day cycle of Tirz instead of 7 days. Once I added Reta, I started at the minimum dose and titrated down my Tirz gradually. I do Reta on Monday & Tirz on Thursday about 7mg of each

Did the same, I had no nausea issues with Reta.
