I have several vials of tirz (not reconstituted) in the freezer. I want to take them out for about a day to travel, before refreezing them.

I heard that freezing then defrosting degrades the Tirz, is this true?

What would you guys reccommend?

Do you have a nordic ice pack or something similar? I would wrap them in an insulated bin as close to the nordic as as possible. Maybe some dry ice but I think that would be overkill.

I would just try to keep the variartion as low as possible.

Unreconstituted Tirz is very hardy. Don't inconvenience yourself too much.

I have some of our members describe Tirz as the cockroach of peps... I have seen Jano quotes stating it can last years in a garage with minor degradation.. I would feel real comfortable personally, tossing it in a cooler. My understanding is significant temperature swings can be detrimental.

I’ve heard that Tirz is the most resilient of all the GLP-1s. Just keep it from opposing extremes and don’t freeze it after recon and I think you’ll be fine.
