I'm glad they eventually decided to send you your stuff, but the fact that it literally took several weeks of talking to multiple different reps plus the boss AND more than one victim posting on multiple forums about it to call attention to it just solidifies my decision that I wouldn't spend my money with them even if they were offering a T700000000 promotion for 99 cents. 🥴

These people won’t respond. They used the forum to make noise and then disappeared once they got their way. I think Alan would have fixed it without all of that. People new to grey have expectations that Customer Service should be like what they are used to here in the US.

Yea, I noticed that they hadn't checked back in on this thread after they got a resolution. 😕

The cheapskate in me would wanna raise hell at the thought of losing my money too because I need ALL my coins!! 😅🤣 But the part of me that wasn't always a law-abiding citizen knows that it's not a question of IF a dealer's gonna run off with your money, but WHEN. 🫤

The transaction occurred on March 5th.
Alan was aware of the problem from March 11th at the latest.
They turned to the forum on March 20th.

There was plenty of time to make it right, but he didn't. Only when public outcry occurred did it light a fire under his ass.


So, SRY and Alan aren't scammers, just incompetent dumbasses.

I had a great experience with SRY on this promo. I ordered the T40 on 3/9, was told they accept bank transfer, bitcoin, & USDT payment. I opted for bitcoin since I had been wanting to explore that option anyway. Sent the screenshot after the transfer, had the product in my hands on 3/12. First time I bought from them and I was impressed with the process and speed of delivery. As long as the product is good, I'll keep them on my list. Until Tracy comes back. ;)
 
They are my go to vendor. I’ve always used Alibaba but a lot of new ppl keep reporting and ruin it for us all. I downloaded the Wise app and Simo SRY walked me through it. I used a credit card as well.

Sometimes ppl send money to the wrong person. I read that they had one number off. It’s a risk you take.

From my experience with SRY as soon as they receive payment they ship, unless it’s around a Chinese holiday. I’ve never had a bad experience besides waiting for a shipment around Chinese New Year.

SRY-Simo is not listed as a salesperson on their discord. I’m sorry to say, but it looks like you may have been scammed.
You are wrong. I bought from SRY SIMO on 3/6. I paid thru Alibaba with PayPal. Received my product ls on 3/10. I am also on their Discord where Simo spends quite a bite of time soing business. She is a rep and has been a rep for a minute.
