If u pinned the entire vial otherwise it's 6.9 mg for every 10 iu.... that would work for me at 20 or 25 iu....

Since there was no mention of overfill I didn't put that into my calculations. Not every batch has a significant amount of overfill and some are even underfilled.Overfill changes those calculations, so it's not going to just be 17 units. 🤷♂️
Think I won't do this at karaoke... everyone's like who's Tracy and mannitol....🎵“Tracy’s Monologue (The Mannitol Syrup Song)” 🎵
A villain-style parody aligned to the original tune - “Escape (The Piña Colada Song)”
You were mixing your peptides,
Thinking everything’s pure.
All your little GLP vials—
You believed they were sure.
You were swirling Mannitol Syrup,
Feeling proud of your blend…
But you never saw me watching,
Right behind you again.
You like that Mannitol Syrup,
And your doses just right—
But I’m the queen of the grey market,
Lurking out of your sight.
So when you’re dosing your GLPs,
Thinking nothing’s amiss…
Just remember your supplier?
Baby—Tracy runs all this.
You thought you found a vendor
Who was clean, verified.
But that “welcome note” you opened?
Yeah, I wrote it with pride.
You kept boasting reconstitution—
How precise you’ve become…
But I choose how pure your batch is,
And I choose what you get done.
Yeah, you love Mannitol Syrup,
All your vials lined up neat—
But your precious little peptides
Only move when I compete.
So when you’re tapping your syringe tip,
Trying not to pull foam…
Know your whole peptide obsession?
Tracy built it—welcome home.
You ran from “grey-market Tracy,”
Thought you slipped from my chain.
But your shipping confirmation
Led me straight to your name.
You can switch to other sellers—
Try escaping my view…
But no matter where you order,
Tracy’s fingerprints are on you.
’Cause you like Mannitol Syrup,
And pretending you’re free…
But those vials in your freezer
All came straight through me.
You can whisper about “quality,”
Claim you research each part…
But Tracy’s in your reconstitution—
Right there from the start.
But for someone just starting out, they shouldn't assume that it's 60.00mg. Either they're going to take too big of a dose than they're expecting and possibly feel ill, or underdose and think it's not working. Most will be fine if they take a larger dose than expected, but they may be that one that gets ill and then blames gray for causing it. That's all.Since there was no mention of overfill I didn't put that into my calculations. Not every batch has a significant amount of overfill and some are even underfilled.
That's if you banged all of it 3cc.... or 3 full diabetic syringes.I've wondered that before; if there's a point at which it's syrupy from too much mannitol in too little water. Then I thought about injecting myself with mannitol syrup, got grossed out, and just went and did something else.
Edit: Well this is concerning. I punched in the NAD+ reconstitution that I've always seen, which is 3 ml in a 500mg vial, and it has super high risk all over the place.
He's my cat's cat. I got him because my actual cat needs to cuddle for hours and hours a day or he's a wreck, so I got him his own cat so I could have personal space. This was one of the rare moments where my cat's cat was NOT being petted and loved, and OH the displeasure! That tone absolutely and 100% fit your cat’s expression on profile photo! 🤣🤣

My T60 vials from JY tested at 69.32mg (might be off on the mcg), so there's plenty even at 15mg dose.If u pinned the entire vial otherwise it's 6.9 mg for every 10 iu.... that would work for me at 20 or 25 iu....
Ah. Concentration shouldn't make any difference to safety. I mean in the hospital they will inject medicine into an IV bag. We are just using less water. If you saw my list of calculators I have bookmarked. lol I use them religiously.
Those weren’t answering the safety question about the actual concentration tho.
Ever heard of Red Man's Syndrome? That's what happens when they slam Vancomycin too quickly into a patient.Ah. Concentration shouldn't make any difference to safety. I mean in the hospital they will inject medicine into an IV bag. We are just using less water.
Good point. I don't think a vial will take more than 2ml of bac, at 1.5 my vials look pretty filled.I thought I wouldn’t like injecting a large number of units, but with the guesswork involved in averaging what we think is the pep content of a vial, I’d prefer to have more BAC (lower concentration) and more units so that being unit or two off poses a significantly less difference in mg than when using less BAC/higher concentration/fewer units.
I’m also using 40-ish units, which I thought would bother me, but it doesn’t at all.
I have one of those needy boys. He's teetering on turning 20, and has the spirit and look of a seven year old cat. I've had him since he was a baby. He's my cat's cat. Did I mention how funny you are. Yes several months ago.... even as my wife dozes off mumbling you're probably randomly interacting with some random person on ur peptide site....Absolutely not. I reject your offering. Go to your room, you need to think about what you did.
Pink pony club....I just shared some of your work with my own work-wife the other day.View attachment 9932
Reminds me of a scary as hell "Night Gallery" episode from the 70's. 😱
Yeah, me too. Then I saw the discussion over on Discord in MIX's about label makers ...went and bought a cheapy from Amazon. 😎😉No I get that and probably should consider it. I do the math in my head and estimate. Then I forget my calculations and how much bac I added. Started putting tape and sharpie labels on my vials.
