What Percentage of Body Weight Have You Lost?

Down 45% in 15 months.

Before I began losing weight, there were several arbitrary scale numbers I thought would make me happy, but every time I reach that number, I'm still not happy. I'm hoping to be done soon, but keep saying, "1 more month." I have so much loose skin, you could jump out of a plane with me on your back and safely land a few minutes later.
Any favorite protocols for melting the loose skin?

Lost almost 46% with Mounjaro alone:
-80 kg (-176 lbs) from 175 kg (386 lbs) down to 95 kg (209 lbs) Right now I'm at 100 kg (220 lbs) with 195 cm (6’5”) body height. Recently added Reta and stack with MJ.
Wanting to go down to 89 KG (196 lbs). At the goal weight would be a loss of 49% then.

54.5% !
I am not sure it is possible to lose that high a percentage of body weight , over 35%??, and not end up with loose skin , unless you are quite young and the fat is very evenly distributed all over your body without too much of a gut.
Don't think any of the peptides are really going to make a difference, but who knows, maybe you can placebo effect the loose skin away. Maybe GLOW or KLOW really do work. I could not be happier to have loose skin, compared to having the same skin stretched over nearly 80 kilos of fat. I even have it on my face and arms as well as my gut.

Starting weight 226. 40.0 BMI.

3 months Tirz, started at 3mg now up to 7.5, starting 10 next pin (I've pretty much plateaued that past 3 weeks, maybe losing 1lb/wk)

Current weight 187, 33.1 BMI. 39 lbs lost, 17.3% lost.

Original goal was to get to 185, but now that is nearly in sight, I moved the goalpost to 170lbs, which is the cutoff between "overweight" and "obesity stage 1".

I was 160lbs in college, and on the "fat guy plan" even back then (Military Academy).

How tall? I started at 215, and a goal of 175. But after looking at my stomach in the mirror, I may want to drop that goal. Currently at 192 on Reta 4mg and next pin is Friday at 5mg.

4.7% in 8 weeks. Kept my doses extremely low at .5 and .75. Exercising daily, eating right. I do not judge but some of the numbers that people are posting seem very unhealthy to me. This is a marathon not a sprint.

So far down 22.9% which works out to be 111lbs for me. I've been loosing way to fast for it to be considered healthy, but its honestly hard not to with how effective triz has been for me. I have to be what would be considered a super responder. I still have a way to go but the progress has been life changing.

That is true, however when you use the dose protocol and are not really running a drastic calorie deficit but still loosing about 8 lbs a week what can you do. The simple fact is that some folks respond DRAMATICALLY to these meds other not so much so. Personally I'm just damn happy to feel more like a human again and less like Free Willy's stunt double.

8lb of fat loss a week is a 4k calorie daily deficit. That doesn’t happen without concerted effort and/or extreme obesity.

8lb of fluid loss is reasonable, as is some combination of fluid, fat, and muscle.

36% on Triz from about 2 years. Holding steady at about 128 for 6 months.

Congrats to your rat for losing 100lbs... Research Rat GOD in my book. I've only just moved up to 10mg and having issues with extreme fatigue but then I've had chronic fatigue since well before startin Tirz path... Your symptoms new to me. Made me wonder about what you used for dilutant and how much you mixed with and how how much you hit your rat with??? Just the first thoughts to enter my pea brain...Hope yer able to sort it out... I'm much interested cause I got several years worth of Nexa squirreled away. (don't be tellin my S.O.) I'm still using Mounjaro and I've learnt myself how to split factory dosage into a new pen...
I used the hispira and I will give it another go again today.

I think...........I think that tirz is tirz is tirz no matter what vendor you get it from - it is all the same. Tele-health tirz is likely grey market relabelled. Same with Nexaph (and the rest of them).

I think...........I think that it may be possible that one of the two meds that you possess is over- or under- filled and also that there is some other process happening possibly.
That may be true. The nexpah is over filled its a 10mg vial but coa says 12.89 how much bac water should I put in it

I saw someone post a reverse reconstitution calculator yesterday, but can't remember who it was. I use this for Reta.
Edit: I found it.

Well I am just about 6t tall say 5 ft 10 or 11 depending who measures me and started at 485lbs(this was the last weight from a Dr visit about a year before hand, I was likely heavier since then) is that extreme enough for you? My loss has slowed down some now as I have shed pounds but you can't paint everyone with the same brush. Everyone reacts differently to the meds and no two people start from the same starting point in life either.

You can’t paint everyone with the same brush, but you “use the dose protocol” which sounds like the generic titration schedule from the trails.

At your size, that’s a daily maintenance of ~4-4.3k calories. 8lb of fat is a daily 4k calorie deficit.

Either you’re the unicorn you think you are, or there are rational explanations. Either way, not my circus.

10 months total: 5 on Sema; 4 on Tirz and more recently 1 on Reta.

Grand Percentage Total: 13.7% (55pounds)
I am a very slow responder (F68) with PCOS, Lipedema and Hypothyroidism, so there's all that.

7% in 8 weeks. I started tirz at a ridiculously low dose out of worry over side effects. I’m still below 1.5mg but will continue to titrate up

I lost about 23% on Tirz and TRT for 14 months. 341 to 265. I am trying not to lose super fast. Stalled out those last 3-4 months between 265 and 270. Stopped cold turkey for about 3 months and maintained and recently started Reta 2 weeks ago and weighed 261 this morning. Still on TRT. My recent bloodwork non fasted had a 73 glucose which is the lowest it has ever been, even while fasted.

40% down. BMI 33 to 20. 2 years of jabbing as of next month. 18mths on official MJ then 6 months on Reta & Cagri. Another 7lb to lose then will be maintaining from there. No significant loose skin, minor crepey skin on belly that i take Collagen and Glow for. Hopefully time will help that, but not overly concerned if it stays as is.

22% on rTirz x 49 weeks - 55lbs down, plan to go down another 10lbs; stalled x 6 weeks at the moment. Going to go back to intensely counting calories for the next couple of months.

If that doesn't get it done, I may back off a bunch on the rTirz and add in some reta.

I have lost 18.49% of my body weight in 6 months, using Reta and more recently Cagrilintide too, plus HGH, 5Amino1MQ, test.
Cutting out alcohol is really helping too. (2 months so far).
I gave myself till my 50th to get down to 90kg, that's the green line, i might have underestimated these peptides. 😁
This post is so inspiring reading about everyones' success!
You guys rock! 💪

I’ve lost 29% of my starting weight of 260, currently 185. This is the first time I’ve been under 200 in like 10 years, and my brain hasn’t caught up! I catch myself giving people way more personal space than I need to 😂
