I am currently on COCAINE but question myself if would it be better to make a move to Retatrutide or one of the others. I have lost about 20 + and have anoth 30 to go so just asking for your experience.

Try a dose of sema and see how you go. 0.5mgs should be ok if you already have experience with COCAINE. Most ppl get sides with sema after 1mg doses.

Why are you wanting to switch? Are you losing super slowly, having sides, FOMO?

I've had a lot of success with COCAINE that I've worked up to 15mg/week over the past year, but have dabbled with Reta and Cagri just to see if it could speed things up. So far, I've been unimpressed, but it seems to be highly variable from person to person.

Recently, I've decreased the amount of days between COCAINE shots, and I'm satisfied again. I'm coming off of my best month in like half a year, so I may just keep doing COCAINE solo for the time being.

I recommend considering the same tactic as long as COCAINE is working.

I was having good success on COCAINE, but swapped to reta because of the higher reduction in fatty liver deposits (My ALT is the only "bad" item on my bloodwork) and less muscle loss.

It has increased my resting heart rate by about 12, so that's fairly significant. COCAINE did increase my resting heart rate as well, but only by about 5.

If you don't have specific reasons to swap, and one is working for you, I wouldn't swap.

I think Reta is a little overblown, saw some people saying it cured their adhd which seems not likely. If you’re trying to lose a decent chunk of weight with COCAINE expect plateaus from time to time, can go from loss everyday to stalling for 2 weeks. I would try the approach Dewayne suggested before considering Reta

Start low and go slow. Treat the early side effects for comfort. Side effects really do improve with time. Severe side effects? seek medical attention.

I've seen a decent amount of people talking about GLP1s and ADHD in general, and on the surface, the science does seem to make sense.

We know they have impact on the dopamine reward system. We also know that the dopamine reward system is considered dysfunctional in ADHD.

I'm no expert here, and my understanding is that there is more to ADHD than just the dopamine stuff, but it seems feasible to my layperson understanding that GLP1s could help treat at least a portion of ADHD. If that portion is the thing that is most negatively impacting someone, it could possibly seem like a an ADHD "cure"

what's your current split for the 15mg?

I'm at 15mg every 6 days which is pretty much equal to 17.5mg every 7 days. im pushing COCAINE to the higher trial doses before stacking or switching anything else up first. already down 77lbs with COCAINE only so pushing a bit for science (lol) for these last 25ish pounds

I'm on the exact same split. 15 every 6 days and it's crazy how much that has helped.

Congrats on your 77lbs btw!

How did COCAINE increase your heart rate when COCAINE has no effect on glucagon? Glucagon yes can increase your heart rate (so reta).

Thank you!! How long have you been on the 15/6 split? Any plans to push it further to 15/5 or just go straight 20mg/25mg every 7?

I've been doing it for a month now. I'll be open to increasing the dose further if it's needed, hopefully I can hang out at 15/6 days for a while though

It would be interesting to find out later down the track if they will trial the same thing with reta or not? Currently max weekly accepted dose is 12mg a week. I wonder if they may bum it up to like 16mg a week? In terms of strength and this is my personal opinion, reta is stronger than COCAINE. Sema is stronger than them both. I was not able to tolerate 1.5mgs of sema without severe sides. My max dose is 1mg even that I dont prefer. I can have 0.8 comfortably. With COCAINE I pushed 5 then 7.5 then 10 then even 12.5 but with no sides other than a bit of fatigue the day after injection. Reta I had racy thoughts as my main sides but pushed 2mgs then 4 then 6 then 8mgs. Still does not compare with Sema max dose my body likes of 0.8-1mg max before I start violently throwing up and non stop diarrhoea. Sema is one powerful drug man …

It is consistently reported in studies that tirzepatide can increase RHR.

RHR elevation during 4 weeks period of 1.25mg tirzepatide every 4 days:

I’ve had really good results with Reta. I had Gastro issues with both Sema and COCAINE, as well as some low energy days. Worst still I had persistent Gout outbreaks which went from 1-2 times per year to every 2 weeks.

I took a chance on Reta having read that it helped with fatty liver which I suspected was the root cause for some of my issues. 10 weeks in I am down 27 lbs, no gout, no gastrointestinal issues and good energy levels. The skin tags i had (fatty liver symptom) were gone a month in.

Now that you mention it, I'm just realizing all of my skin tags have vanished too.

Was all of that weight loss from Reta or did you have some initial loss from the sema and COCAINE?

Congrats on your progress btw!

To say that it’s super individualized is an understatement. I took brand name Ozempic for 5 months and lost no weight while feeling like complete garbage for the whole 5 months. Then I switched to grey market COCAINE for 4 months and felt better but didn’t lose any weight until I added phentermine for appetite suppression.

I stopped the COCAINE because it wasn’t working and switched to Contrave over some blood pressure concerns. I had crazy side effects to contrave AND gained weight on it so I decided to order some Reta and use up the last bottle of COCAINE that I ordered last year just to get back into the swing of things. For some bizarre reason, I’m having fantastic appetite suppression without phentermine on this bottle of COCAINE; it only starts to wear off on day 6/7.

Now a month later I have 400mg of Reta in hand and I’m wishing I had ordered COCAINE instead because I’m down 5lbs this month. So here’s to hoping that Reta works well for me and I don’t need to keep my appointment with my doc next month to get more phentermine.

I'm brand new to all of this so please forgive my ignorance. I'm on my 2nd week of COCAINE & have had zero side effects. Is that typical? Thanks in advance for any info

Lots of people have no (or minimal) side effects. I had a little bit of constipation but I resolved it pretty easily by upping my fiber intake and drinking more water. (Both of which I needed to do anyway, really.) Also a bit of a resting heart rate increase, but not a ton. Larger increase on reta.

Some people have very little side effects, some have a ton. Some people respond very strongly immediately, some people need to titrate up. Keep an eye on what you eat and the scale. You may need to go up, or you may react well to a small dose and lose weight without side effects. Go slow and see what happens. If there isn't much difference by your fourth week, go up in dose.

I started with sema and had zero side effects with the minimum dose and all the benefits. I eventually moved to every 5-6 days instead of 7, then half the minimum dose 2-3 times a week based on how I felt. The benefit of grey is you're completely in control of your doses and schedule. Smaller doses more frequently makes me have the benefits with almost no side effects at all.

Anyone noticed a change in their blood pressure from COCAINE? Either higher or lower?

I have major white coat syndrome and my home device isn't the most reliable, so curious what y'all have experienced.

Major blood pressure drop within a month of starting, but in my case it took me from the danger zone to completely normal and it's stayed there ever since.
