What's the Best GLP-1 to purchase that has the least Side effects

To say that it’s super individualized is an understatement. I took brand name Ozempic for 5 months and lost no weight while feeling like complete garbage for the whole 5 months. Then I switched to grey market tirz for 4 months and felt better but didn’t lose any weight until I added phentermine for appetite suppression.

I stopped the tirz because it wasn’t working and switched to Contrave over some blood pressure concerns. I had crazy side effects to contrave AND gained weight on it so I decided to order some Reta and use up the last bottle of tirz that I ordered last year just to get back into the swing of things. For some bizarre reason, I’m having fantastic appetite suppression without phentermine on this bottle of tirz; it only starts to wear off on day 6/7.

Now a month later I have 400mg of Reta in hand and I’m wishing I had ordered tirz instead because I’m down 5lbs this month. So here’s to hoping that Reta works well for me and I don’t need to keep my appointment with my doc next month to get more phentermine.

Start low and go slow. Treat the early side effects for comfort. Side effects really do improve with time. Severe side effects? seek medical attention.
I'm brand new to all of this so please forgive my ignorance. I'm on my 2nd week of tirz & have had zero side effects. Is that typical? Thanks in advance for any info

Lots of people have no (or minimal) side effects. I had a little bit of constipation but I resolved it pretty easily by upping my fiber intake and drinking more water. (Both of which I needed to do anyway, really.) Also a bit of a resting heart rate increase, but not a ton. Larger increase on reta.

Some people have very little side effects, some have a ton. Some people respond very strongly immediately, some people need to titrate up. Keep an eye on what you eat and the scale. You may need to go up, or you may react well to a small dose and lose weight without side effects. Go slow and see what happens. If there isn't much difference by your fourth week, go up in dose.

I started with sema and had zero side effects with the minimum dose and all the benefits. I eventually moved to every 5-6 days instead of 7, then half the minimum dose 2-3 times a week based on how I felt. The benefit of grey is you're completely in control of your doses and schedule. Smaller doses more frequently makes me have the benefits with almost no side effects at all.

Anyone noticed a change in their blood pressure from Tirz? Either higher or lower?

I have major white coat syndrome and my home device isn't the most reliable, so curious what y'all have experienced.

Major blood pressure drop within a month of starting, but in my case it took me from the danger zone to completely normal and it's stayed there ever since.

I've gone from 160/100 (before I started taking max dosage of Losartan) to 95/60 without any BP meds over my 145 lb weightloss journey this year.
