What's your stack?

After not seeing great results on 8mg Reta by itself, now I’m back to

8mg Reta (split to two doses a week)
5mg tirz (split)
3ML lipo-c (1ml 3x I really hate this one)
1500mg nad+ (500 mg 3x)
And I have some glow on order so I’ll do that a couple times a week, too

Shits getting out of hand yo

I'm thinking about stacking again. I tried it in early 2023 without much success but I was using chinese tirz and reta.

I have some official zepbound that I got over the past year when my insurance covered but I was trying to only take reta, so I just stored it to take later. Plus I had been on chinese vendor tirz I had been on for like a year in 2022, while it worked great, I also developed severe adhedonia and just general malaise. So I'm a little hesitant to rely on zepb alone.

However, I also had some benefits on Tirz that I never had on reta which is mainly it seemed to cure my anemia.

I'm curious, what stack are you researching right now? What's your favorite stack? My stack is 5mg tirz once a week and mots c 5 days a week. I'm stacking with mots because it gives me that get up and go! What makes you GET UP AND GO?! I don't have a favorite one as I'm still a little wet behind the ears!
Reta 1 mg weekly and Tesa 1 mg /Ipa 333 mcg 5 days a week.

Are we all still loving the Kimera Pegasus? Thinking of trying it. Thanks!
I recently shared this in another thread, but I’m currently using the latest batch of Kimera Pegasus. Here are my thoughts:
Pros:
Energy Boost: The energy boost is undeniable. I have severe sleep apnea, and despite using a CPAP machine, my sleep quality isn’t always great. I often wake up feeling drowsy, needing coffee or tea to get going. Ever since starting tirzepatide, that groggy feeling has gotten worse and lasted longer throughout the day. However, after starting LIPO, that grogginess completely disappeared.

It’s hard to explain, but it feels like waking up with intense mental focus and clarity that lasts most of the day. It’s not the jittery, hyperactive energy you get from chugging energy drinks or pre-workout (I use those for workouts). Instead, it’s a calm, clear-headed state where drowsiness is gone the moment you wake up. I love this feeling so much that I’m not sure I’ll ever stop using it.
Cons:
Frequent Injections: Doing multiple injections each week is a bit inconvenient.

Injection Site Reactions (ISR): I’ve started noticing slight bruises and small lumps at the injection sites. The lumps aren’t visible but felt like mosquito bites, but in the fat layer, rather than just under the skin.

I’ve only been using this for three weeks (2 injections per week), and the lumps only appeared after the most recent injections. They haven’t gone away yet, so I’m unsure of the cause. It might be due to prolonged storage after opening or my own improper handling. I just learned that the solution should and can be shaken before drawing it into the syringe, which I haven’t done so I will try that and report back.
