Urologist is a great idea. Seeing a nephrologist might be a good idea too. Makes sense it is a chronic issue due to no protein in urine. I am sure the provider already gave you the no ibuprofen , aleve , nsaid speech . Also dehydration risk is increased with weight loss…….

i was supposed to do a prostate ablation to cut off some of its blood supply so it will shrink and haven't done it yet. I don't think nor do my urologist or GP, i have kindney disease. It's the prostate blocking things up, but will see a nephrologist too. I'll probably have to go up to Boston.

There’s a different mindset between the urologist and the nephrologist. Urologist will clear the obstruction and hopefully resolve the issue, but your kidneys have probably took a hit. The nephrologist focus will be on maintaining or improving your kidney function for as long as possible.
im afraid the prostate is not enough to explain all the kidneys related findings, the nephrologist visit is highly recommended, you know ... better be safe ...

yes, i have good health ins. Doesn't cost me anything. I've been thru all this before with a kidney stone. Once it was removed the eGFR went back to normal. Stopping my excessive eating and losing weight will prevent kidney stone reoccurrence.

I'm a bit disappointed in the tesa. Started strong but my body got used to it quick. I'm overdosing on it sometimes doing as much as 6mg/day.
I have some stronger stuff on the way:
I'm going to start with the HCG which is what they put people on aggressively reduced calorie diets on <500 day. I can add HGH if i need more help. The M1T I'll probably set aside. It's a strong steroid. I made a snap decision on purchase because it had testosterone in the name. I could dip my toe in by quartering a 10mg pill and microdosing.
The test c is a topical. I don't see that as very impactful.
Weighed in at 222 this morning. I'm not going to make my goal unless I start to exercise. Need to dust off the exercise bike. I need 16# a month not 10.
I'm dabbling with injecting fat dissolvers. Trying different brands on different areas of my stomach.
I've done the neobella, lipo lab, and Chinese lemon bottle. It doesn't melt or dissolve anything right away. Someone has a YouTube vid showing these various products instantly melting fat on bacon. I don't think live fat succumbs that easily.

I don't know how you get the idea that the test c is topical, cypionate is an ester which prolongs release of testosterone into blood stream... so its for IM injection (@Bacchus ?)
I don't want to sound like an ashole, but from your post I see your philosophy is "take it first, research later" and also putting into your body everything you can find all together and again - without enough research.

if TRT is done properly, you actually take it with a low dose of finasteride (for example, can be also dutasteride) to block excess conversion to DHT + also the same for estrogen (anastrazole, letrozole) + low dose HCG to keep your balls alive! 😉 Regular blood tests are necessary to keep everything in balance

Do you know what the color coding on the price list means? My first thought was like in stock (green) or out of stock (red) but that doesn't take the ones that are just black text into consideration.

Well, the skin will absorb some. But the mixture you put on your skin is different from the one you inject (injecting 70% ethanol gel, yikes).
If you take injectable testosterone and smear it on your skin the absorption would be minimal.
Just think also for your PCT.

I assume you are aware, but just a quick heads up just in case. If you are ordering from China and that package gets stopped, it could land you in some legal trouble. You're better off getting it domestic even if the price is a bit steeper.
And please, do not try the one marked in red. It works, but it is pure poison - like literally poison. It's primary use is:
- Manufacturing of dyes and chemicals: it's used in the production of various dyes, wood preservatives, and photographic chemicals.
- Pesticides and herbicides: sometimes used in agriculture as a pesticide and herbicide due to its toxicity.
- Explosives: has been used as an ingredient in explosives, especially during World War I and II.
Litte side fact to DNP:
As I remember DNP was discovered in WW1 for weight loos. Workers who worked in fabrics manufacturing TNT had rapid weight loss because of the DNP in the air. Also soldiers who chewed on TNT had same effect. Science got then interested in it for weight loss
I'm pretty sure we are all clear by now we are not going to stop you. But, perhaps we can stop anyone else from following in your footsteps by reiterating that this is insane.
You are putting an increasingly high number of substances into your body at one time, at increasingly high doses, not even giving yourself time to see what effect each one has, and not doing this with medical advice to at least decrease the risk of combining things that have interactions or contra-indications, and/or could make your existing health problems (which are manifesting in your bloodwork) even worse. This could literally kill you, I surely hope it does not, but it's most definitely not worth an extra 6 pounds a month.
It's rather important to add on here that it was then classified as a poison after several deaths when used for weight loss.

I am somebody who has never taken even 1 hit on pot. I'm in the mood to finally do some experimenting on things common drug tests do not look for. My brother and my friends all did serious injectable steroids for years. I'm not convinced this will put me in the boneyard.
So far, I've only been taking minimal doses of Triz, reta, cagri only 1 at a time, and just a weeks worth of tesa. The other stuff hasn't been shipped out yet.

I’m rather relaxed towards the use of peptides and steroids, some other stuff too - a bit less with anything that’s addictive since it can do people in quite badly.
But DNP really is some sketchy shit, I would consider meth as a pre-workout before I consider DNP for fat loss.
And if it’s miss dosed or you somehow take too much, only thing you can do is sit down in the shower as cold as it gets and say your prayers that your brain doesn’t get fried before it leaves your system.

DNP is very effective and its mechanism of action is direct fat burning, but its extremely dangerous substance and there are many recorded deaths

Like I said, I know you're gonna do what you want to do, but you've been haphazardly jumping between weight loss peptides and are disappointed in the results, and instead of being patient with one and going to a standard dosing schedule, you're instead trying to add other stuff on top to accelerate weight loss. And you just said you're taking 3x the daily recommended dose of tesa after 1 week. You may find you have significantly better results if you just give reta or tirz the time to work if taken consistently and with scheduled increases in dosage.
