Week twelve:
I'm unsure if its these work trips out of town that are fucking me up, or if its that I need to titrate up. Gained back a net of 3lbs this week, and at one point I was back up to 270 during the week. I did 1mg again yesterday, but I am considering doing another 0.5mg on Friday and doing 1.5mg/week moving forward. I'll see how the next couple days go. I will say, I've been very fatigued over the last week or so, and had a pretty aggressive cold or viral URI/sinus infection 2 weeks ago. I'm holding onto a lot of water right now and haven't pooped much recently. I'm thinking my whole system is messed up from being sick and I'll bounce back pretty well soon.
I did try getting in some good carbs throughout the day and I dont see or feel much of a difference, but again, I haven't been feeling well. I also increased my intake a fair bit over the week as per suggestions, and that could be whats thrown everything off. I averaged 1950cal vs the 1650-1700 I had been consistent with. All and all, I think the higher defecit worked a lot better for me and I plan on returning to it.
