    Quadruple agonist (move over retatrutide)

I'd be curious to see body comp results before and after tho, because my bet is that IGF-1 agonism is in there to help reduce lean mass (inc muscle) loss.

    Cagrilintide; a science-based perspective

This is talking about amyloid-beta protein, not amylin -- amylin's full government name is islet amyloid polypeptide or IAPP. Amyloid-β was the OG amyloid discovered, so it got the name before they realized there were many other kinds of amyloid as well. Re BBB, quoting from PNN over on RT:

    QSC Retatrutide

You likely won't feel additional food noise suppression with Reta, at least not until you hit much higher doses, because it doesn't hit that receptor as hard. It seems to go Sema > Tirz > Reta for appetite suppression, tho it will still slow gastric emptying about the same as Tirz. I'm hungrier...

    UGH! The chills!

Not just you -- I thought it was due to having less insulation... but it's a really weird feeling and kinda doesn't feel like regular being cold. I started wearing slippers because my feet are always cold now. 100% in my Grandma Tirz era now.

    QSC Orders

It likely shipped domestic, they do have some stocked in the US.

    WSJ article and QSC

Same -- my experience has been that China Post is not fast, but QSC's packing is slow as well. I've had multiple orders from different Chinese suppliers, also places like Temu, land in the time it takes QSC to even get it into China Post's hands with active tracking. But they also just moved...

Concerned about losing LEAN BODY mass? read on

Thanks for the rec!! I really enjoyed listening. And... I completely understand where they're coming from re: reconstitution, tho I disagree (I'm special so don't need gatekeepers! Sez everyone, probably, but definitely me ;) ) but... I get it. I hear it on two fronts from the medical...

    BAC water test

It isn't just injection-site reactions either; peptides are generally acidic and are buffered during freeze-drying. (Fun fact, humans are a bit acidic too). Anything too alkaline may denature the proteins that peptides are made up of.

    Warning - QSC's NAD+ is bad

It was mentioned in your thread multiple times, starting from the first report months ago. But glad you finally replied here. Spoke with a medical clinic that offers it and no, they do not need to reconstitute it with anything but saline. Definitely room for improvement, as that's pretty poor...

    Warning - QSC's NAD+ is bad

Multiple users now are reporting that it has a super low pH -- around 2.5, which would be like injecting vinegar. One person could barely weight-bear on their leg for a week after injecting it. This is not how it should normally be, peptides should be buffered during manufacture. If you inject...

    What’s your current stack?

Random aside: highly recommend Zotero!! Used by academics mostly -- I was spreadsheeting it and it was struggle to stay organized... went on a hyperfocus binge of Tesamorelin research and started using the standalone (non-cloud) app + browser plugin and it's fantastic. It grabs a copy of the...

    Favorite GHK-cu?

Oh that's awesome. One of the things might be figuring out what is worth a factory sized order. For the Canadians, AP has been amazing as our borders are a bit sticky sometimes. Skincare might be the way to go next after weight loss. A few local and reputable clinics offer NAD+ infusions, so...
