Glow Peptide

No, I meant 9mg. The vials of GHK-basic I got were 85mg and I just arbitrarily decided on around 9mg (15 units after reconstituting the 85mg with 1.5ml bac water). Could definitely be just as effective at stopping the burn with less but it worked so well that I’m just sticking with what I know worked 🤷🏻‍♂️
You may want to take Zinc with that to help avoid copper toxicity. That does seem like a high dose as someone else mentioned.

GHK-basic does not contain copper. That’s what the “Cu” in GHK-Cu means.

And to be clear, I added 9mg to the entire GLOW mixture… not 9mg per dose. It comes out to 300mcg of GHK-basic per daily dose.

Ah - 9mg added to the entire batch/mixture! That makes a lot more sense. Thanks for explaining, I appreciate it.

Touché. 😝 I know that’s what “Cu” means, I just assumed it was GHK-Cu because that’s the ingredient in Glow, and glimpsed over that detail. What benefit is there to GHK basic v. Copper?

Honestly I have absolutely no idea!! Someone on the old QSC telegram suggested adding some basic to the mixture to help with the burn and I was having so much burning that I was like “might as well try it” and it was the magic solution. In my head, I imagine it binding some of the extra copper from GHK-Cu but that’s just an explanation I made up 🙃

What exactly is the procedure when you add this 9mg to your whole batch?
I understand you said 9mg, but obviously you can’t just add 9mg if the powder, so I’m guessing you reconstituted then add to your glow mix, whatever you add in though, would change the dosing level of the entire glow mixture right?

9mg is 15 units based on how I reconstituted the GHK-basic. Instead of putting 1ml of BAC water in each vial (BPC, TB4, GHK-Cu), I only put 0.85ml in the GHK-Cu vial and then combine them all. So the total volume is still 3ml and the concentrations of all the other components is unchanged.

Been on my glow mix for 2.5 weeks, each morning. In 30cc, I get 1.2mg ghk, 0.6mg bpc, 0.6mgTb500 (QSC split). When I started first week, at half the dose (0.6ghk,0.3/0.3mg) in 10cc, was a bit painful for a few hours, mild stings on and off (is my first cycle). Dosing in thigh only. Occasional redness. I now add more bac, and all is good. Maybe my body got used to it. Will maintain at 30cc for 2 more weeks. If results are poor, I will up the dose by 50% for 2 more weeks. Will stop after 6 weeks. I recon GHK, I recon bcp, then add GHK into BPC vial, and draw from BPC. 1 poke a day. GHK 50mg will last the 6 week cycle with 4 X 5/5mg bpc vials. And every 5 days, I also draw in 8mg(45cc) of tirz in same syringe.

I don’t think cc means what you think it means. 30cc = 30ml. It’s physically impossible to inject 30cc subcutaneously without causing extensive tissue damage. I think you mean units? These distinctions matter when people who don’t know better look at these threads.

GLOW peptide is comprised of 3 peptides: BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu. Instead of injecting all 3 peptides individually, can you put all 3 into 1 vile? If so, what size vile do you recommend? What is the best way to combine them? Thus, it becomes just 1 injection. Ty!
How much is the cost for 6 weeks

Hi, I've been given a glow protocol to start my journey. I had a severe reaction to 10 units of GHK. Far beyond a "sting" I had a sting/itch redness but it spread rapidly. The entire left side of my abdomen up to my ribs was in extreme pain for 18 hours. At site I had a nickel size red hard hot swollen reaction, then a swelling about 2" around that and 6" around the pain. I got physical visual spasms in my stomach, diarrhea, and fatigue. I had to lay down to sleep for 2 hours after injecting it was so intense. Now 2 days later it is like a small dry bruise at site. I followed video protocols for subQ pinching skin 2" around belly button, going in 45* angle. I think I did it right, maybe went too extreme of an angle but regardless, it shouldn't have had a reaction like that, right? Has anyone had a similar reaction, or have insight of another calculator, site, or person to consult with? I did also read that putting the ghk and bpc into the same syringe helps the sting and possibly could have diluted the ghk more. Id like to have more secure and concrete info before I risk wasting valuable and expensive product or causing myself physical harm/danger from another reaction.

SWIM advised me to do:
100mg ghk w 2ml reconstitution fluid for 10 units 3x a week for 10 weeks
10mg bpc w 2ml reconstitution fluid for 6 units 3x a week for 8 weeks
5mg of tb with 1.5mc reconstitution fluid for 60 units 6 days a week for 8 weeks

I didnt notice any reaction from the bcp on the right side vs the ghk on the left. Out of hesitation and concern I decided to wait to continue the protocol until I'm able to consult with another doctor.
What I read from some websites is that copper may produce a histamine response. I do have histamine/anaphylactic reactions occasionally to medications, once a lidocaine injection and once a tramadol IV push. I have no known "allergies" just medication reactions.

It is simpler to use only the three peptide vials and not move them to a bigger fourth vial.

You will use a single 3ml peptide vial to hold the final blended GLOW solution.

For Anela's RATIO buy 1(one) vial each 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500, and 50mg GHK-Cu.

ADD 100units of Hospira Bacteriostatic Water for Injection USP to each vial.
DRAW 100units of BPC-157 and ADD it to the GHK-Cu vial.
DRAW 100units
of TB-500 and ADD it to the GHK-Cu vial.

Viola!
You now have 3ml of Anela's beautiful blue GLOW in a single 3ml vial ready for use.

A dose containing 0.300mg BPC-157, 0.300 TB-500, and 1.5mg GHK-Cu daily before bedtime works well for me. You obtain that with a DRAW of 9 (nine) units. The single vial will last just over one month.

You are welcome to contact me when you are prepared to begin and I'll walk you through the process.

Hello, im new here and was wondering how many days a week to draw up the 9 units?

Initiated my first GLOW peptide protocol last night. Despite my brain warning me of the looming sting, I reconstituted and proceeded with the inaugural injection.

I reconstituted with 3ml of Hospira bacteriostatic water for the mix, then drew up 0.3ml of the blue stuff. Target site: just to the left of the belly button, roughly the 3 o’clock mark on my abdominal sundial. All was calm for about 15 minutes… and then the sting began. Mild at first—like a passive-aggressive email—but then came the unexpected bonus feature: spontaneous ab muscle spasms.

They weren’t painful, more like my core decided to test its own earthquake response protocol. It’s been 8 hours, and the sting’s still chilling there like it paid rent.

So now I’m wondering—any other science experiments out there get this kind of reaction from just 0.3ml? Or did I unlock a secret “hard mode” on my first try?

Thats exactly why I stopped taking my glow and toss the whole thing. Some of us just aren’t compatible with it. I kept trying to get ‘used’ to it for 2 weeks and decided subjecting myself to torture wasn’t worth any beauty lol.

Anyone using GLOW notice weight gain or water retention? I take tirz/sema and started GLOW and since then I've stalled and gone up about 1.5 lbs that won't budge. I was reading BPC can cause inflammation/water retention. Between the daily injections and stinging, I think I will write off my kit as a loss and get a good face cream instead for my skin.

Yes, this is why they are now making KLOW, basically GLOW with KPV for inflammation

SubQ is a hell to to mo for me. Bruising, bumps, itchiness, you name it. I switched to IM, delts/glutes and it's still a bit sore at times but way better.

I have BPC157/TB50 BLEND that is 5/5mg. just ordered GHK-CU 50mg. I am unsure how much bac water to add to the blend. Any ideas?

The peptide blend calc moved to here https://blend.peprecon.com/

If your bpc/tb is already reconstitutided you can set one of the values for TB or BPC as 0ml or just use them as a combined in a single panel for the calculator. depending one what you have already reconstituted you will likely need a new empty/sterile vial to combine them. I have had good feedback from RS on using a large amount of BAC in this mix which make the pin a larger volume of units but no ISR or stinging that can happen w/ the GHK-Cu
