Hospira BAC water availability

Aren’t you doing the Lilly legal intern’s work for them by publishing this list of suppliers for them to go after? This lack of discretion is how we got into this situation to begin with.
If the legal pressure is really happening, I would argue he is doing a service for all of us by letting us know quickly where we could get it if needed...before any legal pressure on these companies has enough time to move through the system.
Also If we think they don't already know these sellers or could find them much easier than All of us I think we are kidding ourselves.
All just a giant game of Whack-O-Mole...Buy our supplies now...then sit back and wait for them to move onto the next big "threat".

I spent a few years as a computer and software technology vendor to three-letter agencies in Washington. Currently I am a digital consultant to international enterprises in the area of organic search.

All of these suppliers can be found in the Google Search Index by unsophisticated searchers.

Nothing we do here or think we hide here aids or impedes Lily or a sophisticated researcher they may hire.

I say this to you because it is my professional knowledge and not speculation.

Doing a favor to those who don’t know where to get bac water while screwing those that do because they had the wherewithal to do some research. Burning sources isn’t cool but I have been around long enough to know that it isn’t a fight worth having any more than complaining about off leash dogs or Bluetooth speakers on trails. Some people just aren’t wired in a way that they recognize that sometimes keeping things to themselves is indeed for the good of the community.

@exploitedworkerbee

You think activities on Peppys Forum are meaningfully concealed?
Individuals who want to know about them already have them if they wish it.

For enterprises like Lily nothing that resides on digital media connected to the Internet is hidden.
Keep things to yourself or not as you choose Brute Enforcer Emeritus, it's irrelevant.

My goal is raising Quality Awareness and promoting Harm Reduction in the online Peptide space.
Nothing I publish about vendors is news to pharma enterprises.

I will therefore publish the information that benefits consumers - our "researchers" - as I think appropriate.

I don’t burn sources on any platform including peppy’s so not sure what you’re on about there. But anyway thanks for putting a fine point on the fact that, as I said, no point in bickering, some people don’t appreciate the importance of discretion. I’ll be sure not to loop you in when I identify the next good source, as that’s the only aspect of this that I have any control over. Here’s hoping good sources stay off your radar as long as possible, so some of us can use them before you burn them.

I bought a case and it should arrive on Monday. It's more than I need. If anyone wants to split at cost please message. I am happy to share.

Update: already split. Thanks!

I have, as well as their syringes. BAC water was fine but the syringes aren’t the best.
Yeah, those look just like the Chinese sourced syringes on Amazon which have a well-deserved rep as being 2nd rate.

Bectin-Dickinson is the US industry standard and deservedly so.
They cost $21.36 for 90, delivered from my fave supplier ADW Diabetic Supplies. I’ve got a link to them in my Fast GLP Start Guide in my signature line and on my Profile page.

EDIT: BUY THEM QUICKLY before Big Syringe reads about my recommending them here and shuts down ADW!

LOL
So you started this thread by talking about how pressure could force places to stop selling bac without a prescription.
Then you list a bunch of places that could be pressured into stopping if that pressure is applied.
Then you go on to admonish someone for pointing out that publicly listing them could be bad by using sarcasm to poke fun at the idea of companies being pressured to stop selling.

I don’t follow this logic at all.

Please lmk what the exp date is on them. I sent emails asking 5 different places. So far Nov 2025 is the farthest out.

I received my case from AMSCO and the exp is Nov 2025.
TYVM! seems like this is the best date available atm. This is the 3rd place now with that date. I'm waiting to hear back from 1 more place B4 I order, but suspect it's the same or sooner.

I'm new here (used to just using compounded stuff), and I know slightly off topic, but what syringes are you all using to reconstitute the BAC water with your peptides? just trying to have everything in order with Lilly being annoying.
🙂

I ordered today, Thurs 9AUG. UPS tracking says it will be delivered to Michigan Monday 12AUG. FYI, the 15% discount was applied automatically, even though I only ordered 1 bottle.

when you receive your order can you please tell the expiration date? thank you!

Bectin-Dickinson 1cc 31gauge 5/16” needle for the win!

Links on my Profile page in the Fast Start GLP1 Guide or my Signature line.

And WELCOME!!!

I can't imagine ever having issues getting syringes. And you'll get a variety of answers. I use a 3ml syringe with 22 guage 1" needle for recon. I get them from Amazon.

Syringes for Injection are a different animal. I've found the ones on Amazon are not sharp, so I switched to these:

oh I thought you needed a special "bigger" syringe to suck out more of the BAC (2 ml / 3 ml) for when you mix it with the peptide. thank you for your guides and all that you do I have used your info a ton 🙂

so it stared with buying domestic and reconstituting, and using their COAs, to now buying overseas and testing myself. To now being at a point where bac water may legit be a pain to source?
That said the prep’er in me has been messing around with making my own saline bac solutions to reduce volume of dosages. Its is a little like reconstituting peptides except the vial you start of with is empty, and you have 2 - 3 sterile solutions to work with and mix into the one. it can be done.

18 months later: ok folks… hear me out… soo I’m thinking we can synthesise our own peptide chains using the following method…

This is the way! lol!!!

Also question since I recently bought a whole box of BAC -- should we worry about the exp? Has it been confirmed the alcohol degrades in some way even when sealed? Or is the exp just there for legal reasons?

This is so dumb. It's water with alcohol, this isn't a controlled substance. Eli Lilly gets more cringe by the day.
I regret to tell you @meowTime that Bacteriostatic Water for Injection IS a prescription medicine and therefore under a variety of state and Federal regulations.

That doesn't make the Lily official oppression situation any less absurd, of course.

But can I safely use my Nov 2025 exp BAC water 6 months after its expiration for my totally real and legit prescription that I definitely have?

I would.
Benzyl alcohol is very stable. As a reagent-grade chemical it is considered to have a shelf life of 3 years unopened at room temperature per the American Chemical Society.

As we speak there is a year's supply of Bacteriostatic Water in my mailbox. I can easily see myself using the last of it, say two years from now.

So for someone like me, who is very new to this, how many vials would be a year's supply? (planning on placing an order....maybe tonight)

Anyone else still using Amazon bac water (going for top-reviewed, with high volume of recent reviews), and insulin syringes, and never had a problem? Or just me?

And BTW, thanks for the AMSCO Medical bulk order tip. It's on the Bac Water Sources link now.
FYI you don't have to order these in bulk, there's an option to order individual bottles for $3 each (though if you live on the west coast, there's a flat $15 cost for shipping and fuel surcharge - still a great price if you're getting 5+).
