I'm a Crystal Light girl, my sister’s kidney doctor says it counts as water.

I drink a lot of water. But sometimes need some flavor. I like liquid IV but I'm also cheap. What are ya'll using to stay hydrated?

I love most teas, whether hot or cold as well as just plain ol’ water.

I've seen that clear protein in the store. Never tried it. I get tired of super sweet protein shakes. Fair life shakes aren't bad. Is that Seeq stuff thick and sweet?

Not as sweet (I always add extra water) .. doesn't foam either like some clear proteins do. Target sells it.

I have blue razz (for my son) and mango pineapple on the way...

I’m a big fan of Ultima electrolytes, I add a scoop to my 32oz water bottle. The lemonade flavor is my favorite.

Just slice some lemons and add it to your water. Makes a huge difference.
