Is the weight loss effect of retatrutide really that powerful?

Yes, but is supposed to be "pharmaceutical grade".
Haha, I assumed people wouldn't be using it from the same bottle they dose fish with. But it sounded like the same stuff- I can't begin to tell you how many times I've stained myself or my clothing blue. Very cool to learn it can help with the exhaustion!

Reta just made me hungrier than Tirz even at higher doses. So I wasn’t losing or gaining because of the increased heart rate (which I could feel) and energy expenditure of Reta. In the end I think Tirz + something like Cagri low dose is a better bet
I tried a Tirz/Cagri combo the past two weeks and I felt so ill with it; like I was feeling the effects of chemo.

The tirz/semaglutide combo didn't work out for me. I had to go to the emergency room two weeks ago for severe diarrhea likely caused by food poisoning and which probably had nothing to do with GLP-1 medications. I had passed out. While at the hospital, they did a scan of abdomen and wrote that it was full of food and it looked like I might have gastroparesis. I had noticed the feeling in my stomach that the food never left. With all of that said, I am continuing to lose weight on tirzepatide. Although it's certainly possible that I won't get to my 155 pound goal, I'm losing weight at close to 2 pounds per week and am within 19 pounds of my goal. For practical purposes, if I get to 165 and then my weight stays the same, I won't be complaining. That would result in my being 4 pounds above a normal BMI. That will get my me the overwhelming majority of the benefits of having a normal BMI. While tirzepatide is no miracle drugs - at different times I deal with different side effects - it does allow me to achieve weight loss that simply would not have occurred without it.
I think you're right that the stack is unlikely the cause, but stacking multiple glp1s is definitely higher risk than retatrutide if that was your reason. The interaction between them is not nearly as simple as most people think and it has 0 studies on it.

reta is approaching the end of phase3 and the results so far are extremely promising. For a fact we know its faster than tirz (same loss in 48 weeks that tirz had in 72) and will probably results in a larger total weight loss with longer studies that are underway. it also has amazing results for cholesterol.

This may be a stupid question, but are we talking about the same methylene blue I use as a fish medication? I had no idea people could use it too.
Yes, but supposedly certain vendors are closer to pharma grade. I buy from science.bio ($20/300mg liquid).

Tonight I spoke with a compounding pharmacist to try to get a better price—possibly in bulk, but he only does capsules. So I guess if you are getting stained, perhaps a local compounding shop sells capsules.

If I ever decide to try it for myself I'll look into that.

Fish grade is VERY cheap. I only use it when I have parasites or I'm breeding something fragile. I won't run out for years.

I wonder if it’s even that different, or a purity marketing claim.

I watched a YT interview with a PhD who studies MB for skin rejuvenation (like progeria) and found a few of her clinical studies online.
I want to experiment with adding a few drops MB to skin creams/ serums and possibly DMSO, Snap8, etc as an adjunct to the popular copper peptides.

I would try out any skin creams in a place that's not visible before committing to your face.

I think what I have is probably not pharmaceutical grade. But most animal medications are the same, you even get them from the same pharmacies most of the time. Fish just get the short end of the stick.
