That was not the issue for me. The split tablets seemed to work just as well.

Orfo itself is stomach resistant: "Orforglipron is inherently resistant to stomach acid and does not require a protective coating to remain effective" (Gemini). I may find an article later.

Still other concerns though, more in theory than anything else. Like one side of the tablet may be stronger than the other.

Seems like that depends on who's manufacturing the pill. I have no doubt that the above is true if Lilly is the manufacturer. I'm less convinced this is the case for gray vendors.
