Yo guys,

I’m currently noticing something weird on my Reta journey and wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this

At around 4mg Reta, my hunger suppression used to be pretty solid. It wasn’t completely killing my appetite, but it was enough to keep cravings under control. The slowed digestion is still clearly there, I get full really fast, like I just ate a buffet. The glucagon effect is obviously harder to “feel” directly unless u compare bloodwork before and after, but that’s not really the topic here

About 3–4 weeks ago, I started taking HGH at around 2–3 IU daily. At first, I didn’t really notice any change in appetite, especially because I had also increased my Reta dose. Before that, even 3.5mg was hitting the spot pretty well, kind of like 1mg did in the beginning

But recently, even at 4mg+ per week, I barely feel the same hunger suppression anymore. It almost feels like HGH might be working against the GLP-1 effect somehow

I did some research and found that HGH can stimulate ghrelin, which is basically the hunger hormone. So now I’m wondering if HGH and GLP-1s could be interfering with each other in a way where the appetite suppression becomes noticeably weaker

Before HGH, I usually didn’t get much hunger after workouts. Now I actually feel like eating after training again. Also, my late-night cravings (which were a big issue for me pre-Reta) seem to be coming back a bit

Now I wanna know
For those of u who have stacked GLP-1s with HGH, did u notice any change in hunger or cravings? Did HGH reduce the appetite suppression for u, or was it no different?

I inject in the morning and around hour 3 hunger gets excessive, I time my mid day meal for it. After that no hunger the rest of the day. So yes

Yes, increased hunger is normal, and expected when stimulating IGF1

My question wasn’t about my Reta dosage though

I’m not asking if I should increase, decrease, or change anything. The whole point of the post was the interaction between HGH and Reta, regarding hunger, cravings, and reduced appetite suppression

The actual question was: “For those of u who have stacked GLP-1s with HGH, did u notice any change in hunger or cravings? Did HGH reduce the appetite suppression for u, or was it no different?”

So just saying “Yep, ur dose is too low” isn’t really beneficial or what I asked. I’m looking for experiences with that specific HGH + GLP-1 interaction, not general dosage advice

I usually pin at night before sleep, so I can't say I get hungry hours after pinning

User experience seems mixed. But made me starving and practically made reta ineffective unless I really upped dose. Shit now I add sema to help.

My theory from reading user experiences are hard gainers seem to say no change in appetite while former fatties seem to get an increase in appetite.

Take a look at your fasting insulin from time to time. Your fasting glucose and A1C might look OK, while fasting insulin increases greatly. This is usually a sign of early insulin resistance, and indicaes you should lower your gh dose.

Hgh triggers hunger, because it asks extra energy to build up muscles. I have used reta 2 weeks and stopped because of sides. But together with reta I had more hunger. Tirz works better for hunger suppression for me. I prefer pinning in the morning and eat only 2 olives or a small block cheese or don't eat. Ignore first hunger feeling. I don't feed my monster and it feeds itself from leftover fat. After a few hours I eat. But can not eat too much With split dose I had whole day hunger feeling. Pinning in the morning has helped. Still losing weight with 2mg/week reta maintenance dose and 350mcg ipa+cjc no dac. Lost 2 kgs last two weeks and building muscle with some exercise.
