I ordered R15 late august - don't have the packaging anymore but it also definitely didn't have any lot numbers on it.

just ordered a Reta 15 kit, and some hospira bac water. My RS was on reta from peptidesciences.com and has had good results. Shooting for 8mg weekly as results are similar to 12mg. I figure since the vials are typically overdosed, my 15mg vials have 2 8mg doses in them.
I put in the notes on my order “Please don’t send the batch with the burning side effect. Thank you very much for understanding!”
They replied “We send the latest batch of research products. Please rest assured.”
Really pumped to get this rolling. The sample size of the phase 2 trial are small when randomized to each group, but it looks as though with an initial dose of 2mg, doses up to 8mg / week have about a 20% prevalence of nausea, compare that to >30% on a similarly efficacious dose of tirz.

Has anyone gotten the stinging sensation from Reta? I’ve only read it coming from their Tirz.
Edit: Went back a page and noticed another user reported a sting with R10. Bummer, because it seems like it is likely from the same batch. Any other users with broken puck R10s ordered in late August without batch numbers reporting stinging?

RS ordered R10 on the 25th, shipped from China, arrived on Tuesday with broken pucks. RS put in freezer right away. Now, RS is afraid to try the batch, worried it may be the same as yours and will illicit a sting. Did yours also come without a batch number?
RS is located in the PNW, btw.

RS felt more prick when injecting, didn’t quite feel like a sting. Small, but definite sting sensation after about ten minutes. Stinging sensation maybe lasted about five minutes total and

I can deal with the slight sting if I know it’s benign. It’s the unknown aspect of it that’s a little worrisome.
Edit: Also, RS is only on 2mg, so perhaps stinging would be worse for those on higher dosages

No batch number and broken pucks. I have been communicating with Amo, who told me that because they don’t add mannitol, the pucks are easier to break. Should not impact quality.
My RS does a second dose next week and I will evaluate it for burning again.

I delayed responding until I got the complete tracking details - I did not believe that it was physically possible to achieve this 3 1/2 day order processing and international delivery.
I believe it now! This order originated in Hong Kong and was shipped from their airport.
Astonishingly, delivery was DELAYED due to a missed connecting flight - suggesting that a fulfillment time of LESS THAN 3 1/2 DAYS IS POSSIBLE if very unlikely.
I will NOT be complaining about AmoPure.net 's additional $15 shipping cost vs QSC.

I ordered C5 and L10 on 08/30 and still have no shipping information, other than a local label being created and that the item has not been received. I emailed AmoPure yesterday and have still not heard anything. I am getting concerned.

No tracking info yet but they tell me I’ll have tracking in the next few days, it is shipping from CN. They are having to produce more due to an increase in orders. I had assumed a long turn-around, especially since I intend to send a vial off for testing, so I’m ok with this timeline. I’m much more interested in receiving a quality product. I do wish they used lot numbers more consistently so that we could use each other’s test results.

I wouldn’t be too concerned. Once it gets through customs, your shipping label will get updated. It took mine a few days to make the journey from China and pass through customs. You won’t see any updates until USPS picks up the package and scams it into the system.

Hopefully it's just them getting slammed with more orders recently with the Labor Day sale that is causing the delay.
I ordered L60 x2 on 8/27, got the tracking number "label created" on 8/28, also coming from CN. Then no updates on the tracking until 9/1 with location Los Angeles. Then I received the package on 9/3.
I agree they responded to me today. About mine. I live in deep south state but I'm amazed at the proficiency of amopure

I gotta say, I'm impressed by the prompt customer care from Amo on this issue. They have agreed to replace my RSs Reta. Obviously, it's best not to have a slight sting to the medication, but the next best thing is to make the situation right, and they've not ducked out of their responsibility. So far so good, I'll update when the new medication arrives.

FYI I've seen other say not to post images of the shipping/packaging (vial container is fine) as this gives away the stealth aspect. We don't want to broadcast the ways grey market products are concealed. The 4th image is probably fine but I'd remove the first 3 images.

What lab is $200?
Lab's not going to help on stinging/burning because we know what is NOT causing it - lower quantity or purity/sterility. What we don't know is what IS causing it and just guessing with no communication from Amopure providing any clarity.
With all the injection stinging and puck breaking being reported around here, might be time for Amo to consider using mannitol instead of whatever the heck they are using for filler 🙃

I'm not meaning to get into a big argument, but I wonder, should we be telling the experts how to make their product? I've tried their reta and cagri and have had no problems. There are always outliers in studies and they don't change the product to suit the <1% that have some special side effect.
And I believe I've seen reports of some who have had an injection sting say that the product still feels effective.

By their own admission it’s 3% which is likely higher even. I think it’s a batch to batch thing instead of being completely random special side-effect for certain individuals.
So far from this thread, the two late august R10 orders that shipped from China, RSs both experienced the same minor sting.
I’m getting ph test strips on Monday and will update this group the results.
I think the next lab someone should do is to identify the filler used

Not sure if this will be valuable info or not but I noticed by Reta that was delivered to me from a Florida compounder did not sting at all for the first few shots. The last few I noticed a sting and attributed it to perhaps being too cold and not enough time left out of the fridge to acclimate to room temp. What I failed to acknowledge is that there was one occasion where I left it out of the fridge overnight. The stinging was noticeable after this, and yes I refrigerated as soon as I remembered I’d left it out. I have kids and hide my Reta usage from them and took it out of the fridge to take a shot and got wrapped up in things, I completely forgot to put it back afterward. Does anyone think room temp could have made this difference? Took a shot last night and it only mildly stung but not while injecting, it was afterwards and only lasted about 5 min. Not intolerable either.
