SRY ghosted after order placed

The issue isn’t simply when users are sharing a different experience, it’s when brand new users do so. There is no way to evaluate a brand new user’s credibility, so their reported experience is basically meaningless in an environment where paid shills abound.

In my opinion ae are better off with no new users sharing any experiences than we are with it being allowed but surrounded by a cloud of manipulation. I remove obvious shill and spam accounts daily, it’s a very common practice, but some are better at being subtle and manage to skate the line in a way that doesn’t get them a quick ban.

The question is whether it worth the trade-off of “censorship” (a stupid word for moderation/editorial decisions but it gets used a lot so here we are).

They gave me a tracking on Feb 11. The rep keeps giving me the run around as to why it has not shipped.
"Hello, the freight company feedback is waiting for a flight" ok sure thing
"Hello, the parcel has arrived in Hong Kong" lie, because the tracking number I have is not showing that and upon asking her to prove it's in hong kong, this is the reply I get "Hello, the feedback from the freight company is that the recent inspection in Canada was strict, so the flight was postponed" WTF
Tried tracking again on 17track and Canada Post and still shows that its an invalid so the package being in Hong Kong is a lie
Can I get a straight answer as to when my package will ship? "Well screenshots can prove that it has been sent"

Be warned, if you are in Canada, Lisa will tell you everythig you want to hear to get paid. Once paid, you will get nothing but bs lies. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, ordered Feb 4. This rep is absolutely terrible!

Shipping from China is a whole nother animal. Pretty sure some of these sellers are sending several orders through "freight forwarders" and once in the US/Canada they are split into individual orders and reshipped. When ordering from China it's best to place the order sit back, relax, and wait for it to arrive. You'll make yourself crazy if you want to follow every inch of shipping from China. The package may sit for a month in customs and then suddenly show up at your door with no updates to tracking.

I'd give it more time. I ordered through SRY in the fall. It took about a month, but no issues at all.
 
SRY even said that shipping from China is super slow right now. If they have anything you need from their smaller limited stock at the US Warehouse I’d request that. I placed and paid for an order on Thursday and it was delivered yesterday

When i originally posted about this--I had also reached out to another SRY rep who was pretty helpful and was able to get Lisa to finally respond to my outreach after weeks of silence. Their issue was that they claimed to have never received payment. After days of back and forth I realize that the issue was that there was a miscommunication about which coin to use--and I sent BTC to their Solana wallet (i'm dumb, i know). The transacation however, was sucessful.

I have shown lots of detail about how the transaction was successful to their wallet- including screenshots from solscanner- and that they'll need to add correct token to be able to see that the transaction went through- i've provided very thorough step by step instructions on how to do so- but i just got another message from Lisa this morning saying that they still unable to view funds.

I also messaged Alan on discord when I originally posted this last week, but there's not yet been a response.I re-sent the insturctions to Lisa today and asked if there was anyone else i can reach out to. I also plan on messaging Alan again, but if they continue to claim they can't find it- i guess i'm just shit out of luck....
 
I placed an order with SRY back at the end of January and still haven’t received any shipment- and stopped reposing to my chats. I reached out to the new WhatsApp contact too and still nothing. I thought I sid my research and thought they were left. So annoyed I sent money with for nothing. I feel so dumb. Is there anything else I can do or am I just out of luck?

Crypto sent to the wrong wallet has never ended well from my experience.
 
This is why I won’t ever use crypto. Unless I can pay with Alibaba Pay/Paypal I won’t do it. Thankfully SRY accepts this still
Agreed!!! i was hesitant to use it too but when i asked Lucy she said that they were not set up for Alibaba
