SRY ghosted after order placed

It's really painful when you see exchanges like that. But I remember that "you can't cure stupid, but Darwin can" and just move on.

People really believe they actually get what's labelled on the box from CN. Only way to know is to test. And even then its a crapshoot. If SSA ever sends my order I'm sending it for testing. I fully expect it to be vials of uncut carfentanil regardless of what's stamped on the box because of all the trouble I caused on their Telegram feed.
 
Does anyone know if there are any tests for R20 from the SRY US Warehouse?
 
Best sources are a moving target. Who's good today may blow goat ballz tomorrow. With that being said, I've had my best transaction out of the 12 or vendors I've used with SRY this past week. I ordered 2 3rd party tested T40's, Hailey shipped when s/he said they would, out of a US "warehouse", provided tracking, and even followed up after it was delivered. The T40 came vac sealed in plastic vial holders with the same color caps (black) pictured in the 3rd party Janoshik test.
I'm not a shill, boot licker, or getting anything for saying this. Use them or don't, matters 0 to me. Just straight up sharing my experience.

I had a similar positive experience. For the moment they are my go-to, of course, subject to frequent change.

Same. While far from perfect, if you happen to be on their discord server, you will see they are (in my opinion) the most engaged with their customers, even if the communication isn't perfect all the time (some of it I chalk up to language, some to a disconnect between the top and the sales folks).

I have had mixed experience in how long things took to get to me that were supposedly in stock. But I have always received my products, and third-party testing of them (some of which I have participated in) has always been favorable.

Of course, I am certain they have done several people wrong in the past. I can only say my piece. SRY and QSC (R.I.P... for now) have been the most reliable in this imperfect market in my experience. That may change, and so would I in a heartbeat. This game is NOT about loyalty. We are all taking risk. We have a duty to ourselves to evaluate that risk and make the best decisions for ourselves.

They gave me a tracking on Feb 11. The rep keeps giving me the run around as to why it has not shipped.
"Hello, the freight company feedback is waiting for a flight" ok sure thing
"Hello, the parcel has arrived in Hong Kong" lie, because the tracking number I have is not showing that and upon asking her to prove it's in hong kong, this is the reply I get "Hello, the feedback from the freight company is that the recent inspection in Canada was strict, so the flight was postponed" WTF
Tried tracking again on 17track and Canada Post and still shows that its an invalid so the package being in Hong Kong is a lie
Can I get a straight answer as to when my package will ship? "Well screenshots can prove that it has been sent"

Be warned, if you are in Canada, Lisa will tell you everythig you want to hear to get paid. Once paid, you will get nothing but bs lies. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, ordered Feb 4. This rep is absolutely terrible!

Shipping from China is a whole nother animal. Pretty sure some of these sellers are sending several orders through "freight forwarders" and once in the US/Canada they are split into individual orders and reshipped. When ordering from China it's best to place the order sit back, relax, and wait for it to arrive. You'll make yourself crazy if you want to follow every inch of shipping from China. The package may sit for a month in customs and then suddenly show up at your door with no updates to tracking.

I'd give it more time. I ordered through SRY in the fall. It took about a month, but no issues at all.
 
SRY even said that shipping from China is super slow right now. If they have anything you need from their smaller limited stock at the US Warehouse I’d request that. I placed and paid for an order on Thursday and it was delivered yesterday
 
Just wanted to provide an update on the SRY situation (long post)

When i originally posted about this--I had also reached out to another SRY rep who was pretty helpful and was able to get Lisa to finally respond to my outreach after weeks of silence. Their issue was that they claimed to have never received payment. After days of back and forth I realize that the issue was that there was a miscommunication about which coin to use--and I sent BTC to their Solana wallet (i'm dumb, i know). The transacation however, was sucessful.

I have shown lots of detail about how the transaction was successful to their wallet- including screenshots from solscanner- and that they'll need to add correct token to be able to see that the transaction went through- i've provided very thorough step by step instructions on how to do so- but i just got another message from Lisa this morning saying that they still unable to view funds.

I also messaged Alan on discord when I originally posted this last week, but there's not yet been a response.I re-sent the insturctions to Lisa today and asked if there was anyone else i can reach out to. I also plan on messaging Alan again, but if they continue to claim they can't find it- i guess i'm just shit out of luck....

Crypto sent to the wrong wallet has never ended well from my experience.
 
Lucy had me swapping crypto for three hours. She'd give me wallet address's incompatible with the crypto. I'd swap it to her evolving directions until we finally landed on one that works. Attached is an example of her communication. 1am to 4am! I stuck with it because I had a credit to use.

Like what the hell am I suppose to do from this email? It's like it's "her" first day on the job everyday!
