To preface, I’ve never ordered from this Nexaph guy and have just been doing my own due diligence in learning about his work ethics and what not.

While I agree that ethically there is some fucked up shit about his past and maybe somewhat present (anecdotally seems like he’s gotten better with that but who truly knows). Wouldn’t you say it’s too far to thread ban him? I would think it’s more reasonable for him to get shit on by reputable people like you but allow him to continue to have a voice and allow the people to decide for themselves whether ethics is something they care about.

Just my logic.

He had a voice if he wished to engage about ethics. Instead of doing so he chose to troll a mod, which is not a dynamic (vendors trolling mods) that is healthy for the site. Trolling mods is a privilege you lose when you start profiting financially from a platform that is paid for by Zippity personally and run by volunteer labor. Not to worry, he has plenty of simps who are stepping in for him, some of which are very likely his alts given his demonstrated history.

See. I’m kind of a believer of what you are before will be amplified. It takes a special person to off your whole family. I’m sure the roids contributed to that but not the sole reason. I’ve been in the game for almost 10 years. Never acted totally off my rocker. Well I take that back. Not that often and not to the point where I’ve broken laws or anything. And I was a little high strung before I started. I am a firm believer in CTE. Serious cases. I believe I have a small level of concussion brain damage. Extremely poor short term memory loss. I’m incapable of remembering anything. Migraines. Not killing my loved ones level. But too many shots to the head daily and for long terms plays a major role in that.

yeahhhh let's not forget one of his favourite moves was the diving headbutt. just head trauma everytime he decided to do that move. def the roids didn't help, but i think it would have happened regardless.

To be clear I usually buy products he has on sale otherwise his prices tend to be higher than some others. I hope people will talk more and inform us all about their experience and quality of his product (to the extent that there is third party info on that) as opposed to finding out if he is saint or a devil LOL

For the most part, the responses here have been healthy. I'm not rubbed the wrong way and my focus on the truth is out of genuine curiosity. As a customer, I care about the exact same things. But I am also a student of business as I run several. Stuff like this really interests me. To me, it isn't saint or devil, it's shades of grey. Everyone has a line and it varies from person to person. Once you are responsible for the livelihoods of others, things are not so black-and-white. Cain clearly operates in the grey and, for some, it's over the line. I'm agnostic about it until it becomes blatant fraud and customers get hurt financially or worse, hurt by what they sell. That dances on criminal. I think discussing this brings an awareness to all and hopefully makes all of us responsible for running an organization stop and think from time to time.
