I'm not telling you who to buy from, just correcting some inaccuracies in your assertions.
I assume the other things you've bought on paypal weren't coming from international drug dealers, when their accounts get flagged any recent transactions also get banned. It has happened to numerous people.
It's possible I'm not talking to the real QSC? I don't know. I'm not saying what is true or not for you, I'm saying I contacted the QSC that is in the vendor posts here, asked about fastest shipping to USA for Reta, they said standard shipping from China. I asked for quicker option, they said there is none. Don't know what you want me to do. Regardless, I picked a vendor already. If you can get QSC Reta shipped out from domestic warehouse, hook me up friend! But I cannot.
My guess would be their domestic warehouse doesn't currently have the droid you are looking for.

QSC has 10mg Reta for $225 in the US warehouse. Last time it took three days to get my order from their US warehouse, but I am mostly buying from China since I have all the essentials on hand and taking advantage of their deals to stock up for peptide apocalypse.

Drug dealers deal drugs. This is axiomatically true.
If any of these chemical companies felt any sort of moral responsibility towards the safety of the users they would only be selling us compounds with well known safety profiles that have been approved by regulating agencies after going through proper clinical trials. But that isn't what a lot of people want, or even me - I wait for something to at least have some human studies or early stage trials before I'll inject it or swallow it, but people here go wild for SLU-PP-32, which we don't have a single published human study on.
And that's fine. I'm all for adults putting whatever they want in their body, even if they know it's potentially fatal, a la DNP. Which we have vendors that are more than happy to sell you, too.
But the same thing that makes these companies willing to sell us the things that the people on this forum demand of them is the same thing that makes them willing to sell opioids.
Be aware that DHL has about a 10% seizure rate. It has happened to me so I can attest to it. QSC from China is slow but their shipping lines work, and they'll reship if there is a seizure. Make sure whoever you end up buying from offers free reship if DHL is intercepted, often they don't, and that it is a vendor with a track record that gives you confidence they'll follow through on the promise. Or just ask QSC for the price list again and order from the domestic menu. You wouldn't be paying them with paypal or alibaba though, I think that may have been another of your requirements, and if there is no flexibility there then your options narrow.

There is a difference here. When you order a drink you usually don't want roofies in it. Same with illegal drugs - when people buy them, they usually don't want to find deadly synthetic opioids in them - that's not what they are paying for. Synthetic opioids are purchased by cartels and retail drug dealers to cut into other drugs, so that they can cut them more, while users still feel something from a drug that has 1/20th of the amount of drug in it, with filler and synthetic opioid making up the rest. Often the dealers or cartels don't mix the powders too well or mess up the proportions and the buyers die.

Well sadly I cannot - I can't access the US warehouse because I am not from there. But many times I have watched the US domestic sales from afar, shedding a tear because I can't order.
People died from sema too.
I am on team "dont shame people for purchasing from whatever vendor" but c'mon, you cant compare sema deaths to opioid deaths. that's just silly.
