Id love to hear about your experiences above the normal max dose of 15mg.

If you're currently dosing 15mg every 6 or 5 days, you're above 15mg a week btw

I've been at 15mg every 6 days for just starting my 9th week now. That's basically the same as a weekly 17.5mg dose.

I know a lot are afraid of the fabled 15mg and "there's nowhere to go from there", and I was in that camp too. I did a few weeks of 6mg before going to 7.5 just because I was responding so well, but eventually I said fuck it for science lmao. I wanted to see how the higher doses were and i was already losing fast. I'm also planning on finding the lowest effective dose for maintaining, so why not push the meds a bit? Lol

I did 3 weeks of 10mg every 7 days, 3 weeks of 10mg every 6 days, and then skipped 12.5 because fuck it science lmao 12.5 is a lame dose anyway and went to 15mg for a couple of weeks. I preferred the every 6 days dosing, so moved to that a couple months back which is effitcely a 17.5mg weekly dose.

I had my highest % of weight lost in December at that dose, even though I had already lost 75lbs and was getting close to my goal. I expected the weight loss to slow down as I got closer and closer to my goal, but the 17.5 is straight melting me like butter.

Side effect wise, nothing really to report other than the regular fatigue, but I've been dealing with that since week 1. Never really had any other sides with other doses, so this wasn't really unexpected.

I'm considering moving to 15mg every 5 days for the last 15-20 pounds I have left for no real reason other than to try it

Who else is pushing the meds and how's it been?

I'm currently on my last 15-20lbs to lose. For the life of me I'm chicken to go up. I'm only at 7.5 started in May. I love how you say FucK it SciencE! I'm there because this is not working for me. I'm thinking going up to 10mg because nothing is happening. I've been on 2.5 most of the way. I guess after 7 months my body is not accepting low doses. I'm ready to pull that trigger for the last few lbs.

How many months have you been on the the peps? Total weight loss?

Definitely not advocating for people to ramp up or skip doses, max it out for no real reason like I did etc. I feel like i probably could have been on 10mg through now and been good honestly.

But I also see no harm after being on for 7 months of making the jump from 7.5 to 10mg, especially if you feel like you're stalled out. Definitely depends on your personal tolerance, side effects you've experienced/experiencing, etc. Let me know what you end up deciding to do and if it helps kick the stall if you decide to bump up

I've stalled for a while now. No biggie. Really ready for toning more than anything. I'm gonna let you know how that goes bumping up to 10.

7.5 to 10 was easy for me .. I went from 7.5 to 12.5 in 4 weeks. It got me out of a 2.5 month stall down 40lbs in 7 months

I'm taking 15mg every 5-6 days, but a couple of times I've done it with just a 4 day separation between shots and experienced no major side effects. At first, I felt the incredible appetite reduction that I did when I first began taking tirz in Jan of last year, but now it just feels like every other dose. I'm happy to have it still, don't get me wrong, but I do really miss those first few months on tirz. They were magical.

I've been back and forth on trying out motsc. I'm about to order some nad+ from pgb and I'm probably gonna toss some on for later this year
I just started MotsC this week, but anecdotally, I felt a noticeable boost from it compared to NAD+ or even tesofensine, which is surprising.

I'm sure you're all aware that there's a clinical trial for high doses.
Here's the link in case you haven't seen it. Still recruiting, so a long way until we officially see results.
