PGB Membership

I've now received two orders from PGB and I believe they are my go to for general sourcing. I just wish their GLP prices were better. Otherwise everything else is amazing, shipping times, comes with reconstitution water, and while I don't understand them, I actually like the stickers and magnets.

What I still can't figure out is where to find their forums? Can someone send me a link? I promise I'm not normally this slow....but their website doesn't exactly make it easy.

I don't know whether you need an invite to sign up or if you can just go to the forum and create a logon. Here is the forum site: https://www.pgbchat.com/. If that doesn't work, you can try contacting PGB using their online form: https://support.pgb.shipsync.pro/portal/en/kb/articles/shipping

That form is for shipping problems. You're not going to get much help signing up through that form.

Their shipping and MOQ policy just changed today. Perhaps you may have a different opinion once you see it.
 
Nvm, I see it was $200 and they have a tiered shipping cost now. They tried to balance it, I'll give them credit there, still not good timing imo.

Then buy from the cheapest vendor advertising in Facebook. Make sure that vendor posts their COA. Don’t worry if the COA is a year out of date or if the test can’t be confirmed on the lab’s website.

Big through no fault of their own in this case. Once the "Great Compounding Panic" happened, PGB's name started getting thrown around everywhere. I'm sure they've been slammed the past few months. Only thing saving them from complete inundation at this point is how much of a PITA it is to pay them. Solana and Tron? GTFO

The possible degrading NAD. In my business I'd the eat costs (shipping/storage) until an issue like that was resolved before I raised prices. That's just my opinion.
 
While it's true that PGB charges more, they also test everything and also have members testing as well. Orders are coming from a US warehouse so no worrying about customs seizing packages. Most orders arrive in less than a wk after ordering if its something they have in stock. They also do pre buys for stuff not in stock. Plus they include free bac water.
 
It’s pretty annoying that they’re experiencing issues with their NAD showing rapid, significant degradation and instead of disclosing what they used as a buffer (which is a likely culprit) they’re forcing the community to crowdfund and then wait for testing for it. The result is the same, we figure out the buffer, but they’re choosing to lose a whole bunch of good will by going about it this way. Jlo has really lost sight of the community out of which he made his business, it’s been sad to watch.

All the pretesting doesn’t mean much if you’re using ingredients that lead to premature degradation. Between that, the price increases, and the pain in the ass payment methods, I’m no longer sure what makes them better than any other option. And I was recommending them a few weeks ago so don’t call me an axe grinder or whatever.

They actually stopped doing pre-buys a few months ago. I think it was too much of a PITA for them to manage.

Truthfully if I was in urgent need I’d probably roll the dice on one of the China sources with a domestic warehouse during a promo, not sure which one right now but I’d do the research on the situation at that moment. I would try to coordinate with some friends so we could order at the same time and team up on testing.

But things are in so much flux and all these vendors are such a mess that im standing by and waiting for someone to pull ahead of the pack.

It's my understanding that, after a problem batch incident, they no longer offer a new batch for sale until they've properly tested it. So that rules out pre-buys.

According to what PGB posted 8 days ago it says they are sending in 4 vials to Janoshik for testing. Also, I know that there was a lot of issues with NAD testing in the past so it might have something to do with the test, not the product.

What were the issues with the testing in the past? everyone else gets their NADs tested by Jano.
