And as I pointed out seized goods are often Called S…ds even when they are not so we can’t even be 100% sure what was in the seized shipment

I haven't had the opportunity to look at your updated investigation yet but no matter where I ultimately land I respect and appreciate your work. I also don't think your initial dismissal of Gibs was unreasonable given Gibs' presentation as a hostile witness who was actively harassing Alan (even if he thought he was justified in doing it).

I've read your findings and its mostly accurate. The only fact you got wrong is informed delivery is available for more than just usps.

But you made assumptions based off some facts that were fawed. It doesn't negate your conclusion but if you're goal is to be accurate (which I believe it is) they should be acknowledged.

You're using the time between Gibs calling out Alan on discord and the customs letter as reasoning that it's too short. But there is an equally plausible conclusion that Gibs and Alan were fighting in private before that even happened.

I’m going by what Gibs said …have screenshots linking the dates . Funny as I found several posts from him in the other forum specifically saying that there is no proof without seeing any evidence yet here he is refusing to provide any evidence . Anyway this case has taken up too much of my time now and I’m moving on to my next case unless some new information arrives. I’m not in USA so I had to be told about informed delivery .
