The truth is, that the packages were domestic and were underpaid in postage.
There was not fake or counterfeit postage affixed to the boxes.
And no one is going to get in trouble. They don't open domestic to domestic packages that are underpaid. They just leave a note that says, pick up "postage due".
You're the town crier. But all you do is report fake news.
Sure seems like the USPS considers it counterfeit. Postal Inspectors absolutely can seize these and investigate. At a minimum getting someone's address flagged.
