i lost my first 60 with triz so i would have to say that's the most effective. i tried reta and it made my heart beat too fast. i tried cagri and it worked for a while then seemed to quit. i don't know if the vial just got old. i like semi for the appetite suppression but i had a sick stomach a lot. survodutide seems to suppress my appetite well and i started losing again after a 5 month stall.

lessons learned:

don't mess with steroids, they just poison you
don;t mess with tesa, or hgh they make you gain weight

i'm at 205 and have another 30 to go. i might get another 10 with glp but the rest i think i will have to do regular and significant exercise.

It sounds like you’ve made tons of progress and even if you don’t lose any more, you’re much healthier than before.
 
probably not enough to get the fat out of the liver yet. gonna keep pushing hard.

i might pin the ss31 in a little while. some say that accelerated their weight loss.

I didn't notice much additional weight loss with SS31 after pinning for 2-3 months. For the first two-months I had great energy/focus from it, but can't really say it helped with weight or body composition.

I did notice some fat loss (maybe not weight, but belly fat) with MOTs-C. I didn't notice any energy increase with it but my waist size went down. This could have been from the Tirz but I think the MOTs played a role in it.

After a couple of months SS31 stopped giving any feels, even pinning a full 34mg vial (in 2 doses) on the same day, so I am taking a break for a month or two. I can't wait to revisit it and hope I get the feelz back.

i've got ostarine that might have been responsible for breaking a stall.

i've got all the bioregulators, glow, cjc, mots-c. pretty much all the majors begging to be pinned.

I gave up on glow. Too ouchy. Might try again when I can do the ratios myself, the one I had was leaving gigantic red painful welts. I looked like I was covered in mosquito bites.
