At least as far as I can tell from my own purchase from Nexaph AND EVERYONE else on here who has ACTUALLY purchased from them...They are professional with great customer service and quick delivery of what seems to be exactly what is ordered and great pricing!
And to save all the back and forth accusations I will go ahead and add a disclaimer to my signature also...Though when I get tired of seeing it I may delete it even if no one has seen fit to give me a SPECIAL deal that NO ONE else gets! 😂 😂 😂 But I promise if they do I will post that here in the forum 😉
AFAICT, their sins are a cover story that they're a Chinese-based factory or supplier. Sold reconstituted peptides with an invalid expiration date. Also sold counterfeit pens that were pharma-branded labels. Oh and they failed a sterility test.
My experience was similar to yours. Professional, quick shipping. Have yet to receive the product but I believe it'll be comparable to other products.
As for the fake identity or cosplaying a Chinese-based company. I don't really know how deep that rabbit hole goes. Every vendor on here is cosplaying a cute asian chick named Rebecca or Karen. How is their sin different?
Counterfeit pens... not sure about that... if they knew they were counterfeit but sold them as genuine I'd have an exception. Are these pens normally available in genuine form?
Sterility test.... I mean hopefully it's not being swept off the floor and weighed and sold. But I keep my expectations low so I'm not disappointed. I just want the product to work and be at the advertised strength. Hopefully no one gets an infection.

I think there is a big difference between a pseudonym (which we all use) and a known member of the community inventing an alternate identity. Those aren't the same thing.
As far as I can tell the counterfeit pens were knowingly being sold as counterfeit, but the connection to Cain is more tenuous. The proof was another person who is a likely (but not verified) participant in spc.
I highly doubt we'll see cain around here again and I would imagine asking these questions on his telegram would earn you a quick boot.
These are just shades of gray. The vendors reselling on are completely fake identities. I'd lay odds that person calling you "dear" or "honey" is a male cosplaying as a female.
As for Cain. I suppose it would depend on the motivation for inventing a profile to resell peptides. If it was to insulate themselves from the obv potential legal issues is one thing. If it's to bury bad history it's another.
There's obviously some history I am not aware of. If you buy a counterfeit pen knowing it's a counterfeit, what's the problem there?
I don't have a horse in this race. Cain seemed fine to me. Responsive. Ordering was easy. Less money than other state-side resellers. And I get my stuff on Saturday.
I'm not sure what I'd ask Cain on Telegram tbh. He did react to a post on this or another thread, so he's obviously listening. I'm not sure why he'd be scared away besides a mod calling him a grifter and locking his thread.

I read through the SNAFU and Cain's response. He did exactly what you'd hope for in that situation. Sounds like the issue affected a small number of shipments.
But he owned up to it. Didn't display any bad behavior toward the customers who were clearly upset. Promised to fix it.
Proof is in the pudding. Hope it gets settled in a way that everyone is pleased with.
I was one of the ones who received the mislabeled tesamorelin. Received the shipment 3 days ago, was notified about the mistake today. He’s sending me a refund for the order and sending a replacement kit of real tesa once it’s restocked.
I have no qualms with his handling of the issue and I plan to still buy from them in the future.

I ended up purchasing some lipo-c from them because they were the only verified vendor I could find that sold vitamins. Still looking for a lab that can do the required testing.
I think peptidetest.com will be able to do that, just that its a test for multiple compounds, so im not sure how they will calculate the testing fees

You already said he sold them with the buyers knowing they were counterfeit. Unless I misunderstood what your first response was. You're already buying counterfeit peptides I assume. Unless your Semaglutide was manufactured by Novo Norodisk, it's counterfeit. Same with Tirz and all the other GLP1s with respect to the patent holders. I don't care if it's a 1:1 clone. It's still counterfeit.
What's the real issue that he sold these pens?

I would donate a vial of T10 from the RNS Buy from Nexa and pony up some cash for testing. But I'm not in a position to pay for the testing by myself at the moment since I just bought 2 years worth of tirz from different buys 😅 My peptide budget is pretty low for a few weeks.

Or that its a problem? You can't prove an opinion, but there are often rules in this community about alternate accounts for a good reason. Otherwise we end up like reddit where the vendors have 100 fake accounts shilling.
As for why he did it? Doesn't matter to me, but you should go over to his telegram and ask. Let us know if you don't get banned for it.
As for the pens.. counterfeit ozempic pens were sold to customers who thought they were buying real novo nordisk pens... I thought I said that clearly.

They have tested well for the most part. especially on glp1s. a failed sterility on tirz and couple tests that came back completely wrong for bpc and aod.

Thanks for clarifying that. I'm not sure why Ozempic would be selling their pen cartridges outside of normal channels. Seems like it should be fairly obvious that even if the pens had the Ozempic logo, they'd be counterfeits. Novo isn't in the business of selling their genuine pens on the gray market.
I do find it strange the moderator who brought some of these accusations to light was so vocal about it, but yet their Vendor status has not been revoked. Or account banned. You mentioned "rules in this community".
Like I said, I don't have a dog in the fight. I prefer to make up my own mind on people or companies and I don't really see enough here to grab a pitchfork.

I was the one that said it wasn't confirmed he was directly involved but they were being sold alongside the SPC branded reconstituted tirz by someone that is closely associated and suspected to be a partner in SPC.
Not everyone agrees on the full story. There are other group buy operators that some people think are complicit, but I don't think the proof bears that. The story is available for anyone willing to go read it, but getting there requires some time. (dm me once you make it to peppy's vendor hub and I'll point you to it myself. you can search for an invite to peppy's starting place on this form). Also the specific conversation alone took me ~8 hours to read through and still required some amount of previous knowledge to understand some parts.
You asked why and the only way to know that is ask him directly. Like I said, I don't care why.
It's not unusual to buy brand name things second hand when you live in a country where that thing isn't available. The customers in this case weren't american.
Bee isn't in charge here and Zippity is gone for awhile. But vendors have done much worse without being kicked out because as many people here have repeatedly said, they only care is the product is good. But there are so many other good options that I don't see the point in supporting a vendor that has broken trust... and yet QSC still gets shit tons of business.
and @dionysos don't be a dick about it. I respect you and bee was out of line accusing you of being a shill while pretending not to. But I'm being extremely fair to everyone with what I've said and explicitly saying what things have been absolutely proven and what things have been suspected without hard proof. Last week I was saying good things about SPC. An hour ago I shared info that they have mostly tested pretty well. If you'd prefer to have your head in the sand then I won't waste my time.

I bought several items and do plan to test at least 2 of them. When I get the results I'll post them on the forum. I figure it's a sort of spot check. I was in on the Amopure testing but had been using Skye and AR products so far after compound. I never gave a thought about purity or sterility with any of them. Now you guys have me doubting everybody which I guess is the more prudent way to operate.

I made EWB and a couple of other folks mods here due to my limited availability and intermittent internet access through the rest of the year (along with a fair amount of frustration at the non-stop fracturing of the peptide enthusiast community and an insane proliferation of "new" and dishonest/scam suppliers/vendors and a need to limit my time becoming involved in some of that madness for my own sanity).
I chose these people (without asking them BTW - that's how stupidly overwhelmingly busy I've been) because I like, respect, and most importantly trust them. They have all been around since the earliest days of this hobby and have established reputations for honesty, decency, and a dedication to making this hobby better and safer for all of us. We may not agree on everything, but that's true of everyday life, friends, and family.
I realize that some of you are newer to this hobby and don't know a lot of the history that's gotten us to the point we're at today, and that's fine, but please understand that there are things that many of us have seen and experienced regarding supplier/vendor behavior that aren't easy to document, articulate, or share and sometimes you just have to accept that when we say that a vendor is suspicious, lying, or ripping people off that it's not just some random made up shit.
Some of the newer folks often get very involved very quickly and start making supplier/vendor recommendations etc. without fully understanding/appreciating the "big picture" and history, and while I don't want to discourage anyone from trying to contribute valuable info I would caution folks to take anything anyone who has been around for less than a year or so says with a certain amount of skepticism. Unfortunately there are so many scammers, shills, and cheats out there that it's not always easy to tell if someone is being genuine or has a financial motive/incentive, or if someone is simply not informed enough about the recommendations they're making.
This whole SPC/SNP/Cain/Baba/etc. issue is definitely a problem in several ways that needs to be figured out with the aid of disinfecting sunlight, and while you may not like what that looks like or what people are saying you need to trust that me, EWB, and many others are trying to keep the peptide hobby as honest and safe as possible for ALL OF US.

I've been thinking a lot about how @dionysos 's vendor lists are critical resources for anyone who hasn't yet found a vendor to work with, but it is true that they don't directly give weight to certain topics that people who are like @Tyrone Biggums and @exploitedworkerbee will care a lot about, and their perspective isn't an unusual one.
Do you think it would be possible to create a modified version of the list based on a five star system? Any vendor that delivers reliable and safe products would get a 3 stars. Customer service and communication is worth 1 star, as is transparency and trustworthiness. It removes the good egg/bad egg dichotomy present in the current system and allows for a bit more nuance. It also ensures that the vendors who do everything right receive acknowledgement for their exceptional business practices. Is that something you would be open to experimenting with @dionysos? Would you like this better @exploitedworkerbee

Another possible solution is to consolidate vendor reviews. Perhaps giving each Vendor their own sub forums where there could be a section for "Offerings" and "Customer Reviews"

For me (a new person, who should be taken with a bucket of salt as what I do know about the pep world could fit on the head of a pin, and what I don't know could fill a room), I treated Dionysus' lists as a reference point. I would still do my own research on each individual on that list, going through one by one and reading about other people's experiences before deciding for myself. I did not take the list at face value, and quite frankly, anyone who does deserves what they get. We can't dumb everything down for the slowest learner....

In theory this would be really helpful for new people looking for comfort. But in practice, I think this would just discourage people from doing their own research. Besides...who decides who gets the trusted vendor badge? Zippity doesn't even make personal endorsements...I feel like a trusted vendor badge would be seen as an endorsement, which this forum generally tries to avoid.
The requirement to for the vendor tag is only that you identify yourself as a vendor. That's it lol. It's not an indicator of quality (paging Cantydes...just kidding, no one actually tag her, please).
I think that simply giving them a Forum Vendor badge extends a certain amount of endorsement. I must have missed the disclaimer to the contrary.
A system like this would put some skin in the game for the vendors. There's already an overseas markets doing this exact forum setup and it's been working for years.
I'm not sure it would discourage end users from doing their own research anymore than the Alligator's list already does. It does require some energy from moderators to vet vendors and possibly mediate to resolve issues. Issue warnings and pull badges when appropriate. It does have the ability to centralize reviews which would make DYOR easier and less arduous than it is currently.
But if the status quo is working, then my feelings aren't hurt if my suggestion is ignored.
The upside is crowd sourcing the reviews. Vendors who have some skin in the game and hold their Trusted Vendor badge in high regard and work tirelessly to avoid issues with moderators and customers.
I've seen it work. It's not prefect, but it's an option.

I think the Vendor designation is just supposed to signify "this person has a potential financial interest in the things they might be talking about". I'm not strongly for or against and would defer to the will of the group/Mods. Like I said, I could see the benefit, but also the drawback... and again, I'm very new...just sharing my view point. 🙂

No knee replacement for me but I appreciate the well wishes. I've got plenty of health stuff going on.
I was going to go quiet for a bit but my Lipo C arrived today Oct 4th. I ordered it on Sept 30th. It's well packaged, and includes a label with a QR code, a list of what each vial contains in mgs, and storage instructions. The writing is small, but you can't have everything. Color is a nice red.
I slacked off on messaging labs but I'm going to do that asap and let you know what the results are as soon as I get them.
