Should I stack tirz and reta, or just use reta?

I am on the first month of tirz, so 2.5 mgs, and only recently learned of reta. Would it make more sense to just do reta or to stack with tirz?

Stacking the two wouldn’t make much sense, they hit overlapping receptors, so you’d double up on side effects without added benefit. Better to ride Tirz through dose escalation and see how your body responds before even thinking about switching or combining.

I would stick with the tirz. for now and see how you respond over time. You can add reta. or switch over to it later if you stall out.This is an exiting time and if you pay attention to the details your results will be amazing. Keep it simple and use 1 at a time until you know how each effects you. Keep protein high and get your resistance training dialed in to preserve lean mass. Tirz is amazing, try it out at first.
I had to go down in tirz because of feeling depressed at 10 mg, but I would have stayed otherwise.

Ditto to the above comments - sound advice. If you stack anything with tirz, I recommend one that doesn’t load up the same receptors.

You're on an introductory dose of the most proven effective FDA approved drug for weightloss. If you paid Lily's price for Tirz you'd be taking this more seriously and not having FOMO.
