I started with Tirz for about 6-8 months. Lost @ 70 lbs my first year. I then added Sema for more appetite suppression. Eventually added Tesofensine. The last addition for the win was Cagri. I am still on all of the above but working my way down in my mg dose. I have stopped the Tesofensine. Presently on Tirz 10 mg every week, Sema 2 mg weekly ( 2 days after the Tirz and then Cagri 2 mg day 5 after the Tirz and done weekly. Love them all. Constipation is my only side but handle with miralax. Cagri and Teso warm me up. Tirz and Sema keep me cold. No fatigue, more energy.Wow! That's fantastic, congratulations. I'm wondering if you were able lose that all on tirzepatide? Or did you transition to a new medication or stack? I'm at one year and at 27% and need to lose another 12% of my starting weight and just hope that I can get there.

I just started on Cagri and will stop taking tesa as I don't think it' worth taking till I drop some more weight. I take it in conjunction with Reta and while Reta helps with the food noise, my angry sugar cravings were in overdrive. Since I started on Cagri, no more sugar crazing's and can walk past the confectionary isle at the supermarket without even so much as a look at my favourite lollies.I
I have no particular study, but have read that Cagrilintide works on the homeostatic and hedonic centers of the brain. So I'm assuming it clicks that sensor for me, I was a bit of a hedonist in my younger years! I had already started reducing my pain meds, but once starting Cagri it was easy. I haven't missed it a bit. Its a miracle really. Google “Cagrilintide hedonic”, you can probably find more there.
Just wanted to update this. This month has been really good for me. Officially lost 25% of my body weight.

Another peptide GOD.47%. 445lbs to 237 in about 2 years. Still slowly dropping some weight but I've been concentrating on gaining muscle. I'm 60 years old now.
What are you researching and how much and how often and for how long have you been into your experiments???So I think im over using nexpah. I really dont get suppression and it makes me very gassy and bloated. Any thoughts guys? I think i want a new vendor
Research tirz! I mainly use my tele health and only use my nexpah when im low. Last week I gave my rat 5mg bc my rate has entered maintenance. My rate is down 100lbs with 98% due to the telahealth tirz. Last week my rat had a knot at injection site and no suppression also experienced alot of gas blotting and discomfort. This will be my rats 3rd attempt using nexpah. The knot is also still at injection site over a week laterWhat are you researching and how much and how often and for how long have you been into your experiments???
Congrats to your rat for losing 100lbs... Research Rat GOD in my book. I've only just moved up to 10mg and having issues with extreme fatigue but then I've had chronic fatigue since well before startin Tirz path... Your symptoms new to me. Made me wonder about what you used for dilutant and how much you mixed with and how how much you hit your rat with??? Just the first thoughts to enter my pea brain...Hope yer able to sort it out... I'm much interested cause I got several years worth of Nexa squirreled away. (don't be tellin my S.O.) I'm still using Mounjaro and I've learnt myself how to split factory dosage into a new pen...Research tirz! I mainly use my tele health and only use my nexpah when im low. I think...........I think that tirz is tirz is tirz no matter what vendor you get it from - it is all the same. Tele-health tirz is likely grey market relabelled. Same with Nexaph (and the rest of them). So I think im over using nexpah. I really dont get suppression and it makes me very gassy and bloated. Any thoughts guys? I think i want a new vendor
Since it has been at least 2 months since I stopped tesa, I thought I would provide an update.Keeping it off after stopping on need on going use?
