What Percentage of Body Weight Have You Lost?

13% down using semaglutide for a couple months followed by a break and then retatrutide for the last month and a half, but my goal was 27% loss in total on a very slow cut so it all feels within reason. So long as I see a positive trend, feel good, and hold onto my muscle mass, I will be quite happy -- so far, so good on all accounts.

44%. From 250 to 140 lbs. Took 2 years.

Wow! That's fantastic, congratulations. I'm wondering if you were able lose that all on tirzepatide? Or did you transition to a new medication or stack? I'm at one year and at 27% and need to lose another 12% of my starting weight and just hope that I can get there.

I started with Tirz for about 6-8 months. Lost @ 70 lbs my first year. I then added Sema for more appetite suppression. Eventually added Tesofensine. The last addition for the win was Cagri. I am still on all of the above but working my way down in my mg dose. I have stopped the Tesofensine. Presently on Tirz 10 mg every week, Sema 2 mg weekly ( 2 days after the Tirz and then Cagri 2 mg day 5 after the Tirz and done weekly. Love them all. Constipation is my only side but handle with miralax. Cagri and Teso warm me up. Tirz and Sema keep me cold. No fatigue, more energy.

Thanks for the information! Hugely helpful. I just added sema on the third day after my current 15mg weekly dose of tirzepatide and I really like the feel. I'm going to try to ride this stack as long as possible and then add a third medication.

I

I have no particular study, but have read that Cagrilintide works on the homeostatic and hedonic centers of the brain. So I'm assuming it clicks that sensor for me, I was a bit of a hedonist in my younger years! I had already started reducing my pain meds, but once starting Cagri it was easy. I haven't missed it a bit. Its a miracle really. Google “Cagrilintide hedonic”, you can probably find more there.
I just started on Cagri and will stop taking tesa as I don't think it' worth taking till I drop some more weight. I take it in conjunction with Reta and while Reta helps with the food noise, my angry sugar cravings were in overdrive. Since I started on Cagri, no more sugar crazing's and can walk past the confectionary isle at the supermarket without even so much as a look at my favourite lollies.

I have gone from 295 to 210 this year. So I’ve lost approximately 30% of my total weight so far. My 2026 goal is 15% body fat. I’ve never been at or below 15%, even when I was in basic training at 18 years old, so I’m pretty excited to have a 6pack for the first time in my life at age 42!

31% in 18 months, just on Tirz for weight loss. It's been easy so far, minimal side effects, really dialed in my nutrition early on and lean on nutrition for results more than using the tirz. Got all the way up to 15mg, but recently took a 30 day break and restarted at 5mg. Seems to be working fine on the lower dose so will stick here for a while. Im happy to lose fat slowly as long as I am building muscle and strength at the same time.
