I started with Tirz for about 6-8 months. Lost @ 70 lbs my first year. I then added Sema for more appetite suppression. Eventually added Tesofensine. The last addition for the win was Cagri. I am still on all of the above but working my way down in my mg dose. I have stopped the Tesofensine. Presently on Tirz 10 mg every week, Sema 2 mg weekly ( 2 days after the Tirz and then Cagri 2 mg day 5 after the Tirz and done weekly. Love them all. Constipation is my only side but handle with miralax. Cagri and Teso warm me up. Tirz and Sema keep me cold. No fatigue, more energy.Wow! That's fantastic, congratulations. I'm wondering if you were able lose that all on tirzepatide? Or did you transition to a new medication or stack? I'm at one year and at 27% and need to lose another 12% of my starting weight and just hope that I can get there.

I just started on Cagri and will stop taking tesa as I don't think it' worth taking till I drop some more weight. I take it in conjunction with Reta and while Reta helps with the food noise, my angry sugar cravings were in overdrive. Since I started on Cagri, no more sugar crazing's and can walk past the confectionary isle at the supermarket without even so much as a look at my favourite lollies.I
I have no particular study, but have read that Cagrilintide works on the homeostatic and hedonic centers of the brain. So I'm assuming it clicks that sensor for me, I was a bit of a hedonist in my younger years! I had already started reducing my pain meds, but once starting Cagri it was easy. I haven't missed it a bit. Its a miracle really. Google “Cagrilintide hedonic”, you can probably find more there.
