1.250 to start? I'm guessing you know your body. Good luck my guy.

Same here. It’s really life changing.
It's honestly insane how effective this medicine is. I had completely given up on all attempts to control my weight and it was spiraling higher and higher.

Then, bam, a single dose of 2.5 and I felt like I can conquer the world. Still got that same feeling, 6 weeks later and 9kg down.

Yeah I was looking at early testing and misread it , seems they started at a .350ish dose, so probably going to do that and save money hahahah

(first shots on monday)

Good luck, hope it works for you. Mine will be here next week as well. Going to start at .250 just to test. Then go from there.

I just injected Amopure Tirz this morning. What dose are you on? I was pleased there wasn't any stinging.

I am on 7.5, I was very aggressive with my titration. Only had slight nausea 1 day after the first 7.5mg injection. Went from 292 in september to 266 in october. I could go 2 days without eating and have not noticed fatigue.

My wife and I have been on legit brand name Mounjaro for almost 3 months now but I've had to get up to all sorts of antics to acquire it as it's not sold or prescribed yet in my country (and if it was prescribed I'd probably struggle get it as my BMI is now below 30). I'm currently on 7.5mg with the Kwikpens - been sharing with the wife so they go fast and we're down to our last few doses... and are not travelling abroad soon so were going to run out.

It was my struggle to get it legit that has actually brought me onto this scene. I just had a box of 15mg Tirz arrive from China last week and I'm going to give it a go in a week or two. If it works out then I'll start using some of the suppliers on here to get some long term supplies (they appear cheaper than where I got it from, and have some great reviews - but I was a bit naive when I ordered last month).

I don't know my maintenance dose yet - I'm about 200lbs at 5 10 but I work out a lot these days with resistance training and at some point will want to go on a bulk (as I can feel myself getting weaker in the gym) so I'll see if I'll need to dip lower then. But since the drug seems to tame other bad habits (like alcohol consumption) I suspect it has a long term role to play.

I'm currently finishing my last vial from Mochi. I have been on 12.5mg Tirzepatide every 7 days. Switching to 10mg every 5 days. The hunger has been coming back after day 5 pretty hard. Also, I am not confident in their medication since I have been getting way more fluid in each vial than there should be. Should an interesting comparison to the Tirzepatide I reconstitute myself.

Question for you stackers: EL makes both Reta and Tirz, why wouldn't they have a higher ratio of GLP1/GIP in Reta if stacking was a smart thing to do? I've read knowledgeable people speculating that all you're going to do is lose more muscle this way.

Reta- currently at 2mg for six weeks- down 21 from 243 starting weight- minimal side effects- itchy skin at night and insomnia 2x per week- so far so good

Im starting to get the itchy skin now

I've tried compounded wagovy (prescription pharmacy for 6 months) and also grey semi at 2.7mg per week for a month.. Both knock out some of the appetite but have no side affects. Have not 1lb. I'm also an avid runner. I'm not overweight by much, but could lose 20. I'm thinking about trying Tirz.

Apparently, it's

Research Tirzepatide. First time I've heard about that.

Three most common ways to use Tirz;

Research - lyophilized vials from a vendor that you reconstitute with Bac water yourself.
Compounding - A pharmacy telehealth or more rarely your physician uses (Hallandale, Red Rock etc)
Brand Name - Actual Lilly product Mounjaro or Zepbound acquired at your pharmacy or through Lilly direct.

Me neither.

I've only heard of name brand, doctor-prescribed Mounjaro and Zepbound. Either fully/partially covered by insurance or paid for out of pocket for full retail prince, minus manufacturer coupon maybe.

No other way possible to acquire it, IMO.

I just recently switched from research sema to research Tirz. I didn’t really want to because $$ & sema was working. I wanted to try Tirz to see if I’d have zero side effects. The only side effect I had on sema (besides reflux and burps occasionally) was the increased heart rate. Which is worrisome since I already have a tendency for arrhythmias. The increased heart rate also meant I couldn’t work out while on it. My heart rate with very little effort would go very high (125-150 bpm). I’m normally someone who does cardio & weights several times a week, so not being able to even walk my neighborhood was frustrating. So, I switched to tirz 2 weeks ago. So far, heart rate is closer to normal! And I’m starting to work out again. Loving it!
eta: I had never gone above .375 every 5 or 6 days on sema, so I can’t imagine what the higher doses would’ve been like. 😳
This is interesting cause sema raised both my heart rate and blood pressure did tirz a few months didn’t help at all with weight loss but unfortunately I might try again :/ see if 5 months or a longer time is the sweet spot

Lizzie, not everyone immediately responds to these peptides. If you were only on it for a few months you really don’t know if you are a responder or not. Some folks don’t experience weight loss until hitting the double digit doses. I read a post once from a person who had reached 15mg and still hadn’t lost weight, but stayed on it due the great glucose control. Due to a shortage she had to go down to 12.5mg. She started losing weight, at the time of her post she had lost over ninety pounds. These peptides work on our hormones, and hormones can be finicky. I would give the tirzepatide another try. Best wishes.

I "research" tirzepatide every week. My "research" subject has lost 28 lbs since December of last year and has pre-diabetic glucose levels. I also "research" around 10 peptides every day. My "research" subject feels 10-15 younger and has lots of energy.

I’ve been on compounded tirz for almost a year now, through Valhalla Vitality (which I absolutely adore - they are great and I’m so bummed about losing my compound). I heard about VV from the old r/tirz subreddit. (And I learned about compound weight loss drugs from watching a celebrity Instagram lol - looked into the doc she was promoting and it was insanely expensive, like brand name pricing without the brand name.)

Moving into the DIY route. Learning a ton reading through the old threads and have 2 shipments on order already. I also have some tirz from AP in the freezer that I ordered when they went out of business. (I knew compound would eventually end so I have been occasionally dipping my toe into the DIY info.)

Planning to order from several vendors and shop around before deciding if I want to be loyal to any of them. I sooooo appreciate this forum!

For anyone else new, read through the old threads - the info IS there. You just have to look!
Can you suggest old threads for DIY? I'm afraid to reconstitute but it's the only sustainable route for me.

All the cool kids in the back of the bus are on reta 😀 So I have FOMO.

I'm on tirz too but may add survo first.

I'm really curious to know if people try a combo of Torz and Serma? I'm not getting the food-noise reduction from T that I got with the S. (I do know the correct spellings!) I switched to T recently because I just couldn't take the nausea from the S anymore. Would love to get other's input and opinion on this.
Yea right now I'm at 5mg Sunday and sema .25 wed/Thursday
Fascinating! I've been wondering if others are doing this and considering doing it myself. Why are you combining as you do? I'm assuming that individually you weren't getting everything you wanted?
